Fire alarm issues but these were resolved efficiently

Nice room, lovely comfy bed, very clean and everything we needed. A bit of a problem with fire alarms but it was resolved quickly.

We had a quadruple room and it was ok, but quite tight.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Very close to the postal museum. The hotel is very clean and has an accessible entrance. Good Wifi. Excellent breakfast.

The hair dryer was is the desk drawer, fastened with such a short cord that it was almost impossible to use it, even when the desk chair was at the lowest point. I couldn’t find the dryer initially and called down 3 times to request another one. The third person told me where it was. The first 2 said they would send one up, but it took 45 minutes for it to arrive. Such a silly set up with such a short cord.

Very friendly staff, especially the bartender. Appreciated the bottled water, cookies and coffee each day.

The name suggests King's Cross. It is actually King's Cross Road. About a 20 min walk from King's Cross Station (with kids and suitcases). Just to note, there are a lot of steps to deal with in public areas, up to reception, from lifts to the breakfast and bar area etc. Bed is very squeaky and rolls, sides of mattress just fall away when you sit on them. Room was roasting. Window does not open and the temperature control did little to fix it. Family room was two double beds. I prefer when two singles or a bunk are made available for the kids.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of bread rolls, DIY toast, nice English Breakfast, OK selection of cereals. Mini blueberry muffins were delicious. Fruit options included bananas, which not every hotel has. Shower in room is lovely! Rainshower and regular shower head. Mirror in the shower was unexpected. I like that there is an under sink light in bathroom. Perfect for late night trips to the loo without waking the whole family. Nice big pillows on the beds in plentiful supply.

Given hotel name I guessed it would be much nearer Kings Cross St Pancras station.

Excellent location as it is close to Kings Cross and also there is a bus stop just outside the entrance. At the same time its quite.

Location was slightly not as central as we usually like.

We arrived quite late in the evening and were greeted by a gentleman on reception named Arun I believe. He was very friendly and efficient. Asked if we required a room with a bath or shower, explained a little about the facilities and told us what time he would be at work until if we needed assistance. Room was clean on the 7th floor and bed very comfortable. The next morning we went down to breakfast which looked very nice. We however just opted for coffee. All in all no complaints at all. Got a night for a great price.

The beds were very hard and the sheets overly starched. The tub/ shower wouldn’t drain

We were allocated to a Handicap room and unsure because I was on a cane or we were early and they were able to accommodate us at that time. The handicap suites have a bit to be desired. The shower heads are hard to control and no instructions. ( how to switch from overhead to handheld ) no place for towels. No storage for personal items/meds

I was in Room 650 (I think) and there was no mirror in the room close enough to the plug sockets in the desk area to use for hair drying. The full length mirror was right next to the door at the other end of the room. The room was a little cramped because of the shape of the room okay for one person but two might find it a struggle.

The room was clean and fresh and the bed comfy, room temp was good. The walk in shower was great for and had a little seat as well. I liked the touch screen Uber taxi ordering service in the lobby. I didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that.

Cost, simple as that, over £160 for a bed without breakfast is nuts, but hey, that’s London for you

The room was lovely. Really comfortable. And the price was really good too. I also liked the toiletries provided.
