Location is perfect when coming with car - just off A14 and avoiding the town traffic. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. The room was nothing special but clean, bright and we found everything we needed. The breakfast was as you would imaging -tasty and fulfilling. Dinner was nice and tasty.

Everything was decent bathroom was very small could just about to shut the door behind me other than that rumours all good, nice and clean

Our room, 147, was in the area that was being dried out, humidifiers in use. No carpet in corridor and outside the room, no paper on floor so shoes stuck!

This was the fourth time we have stayed there. It's location on A14 is very convenient, .when we are travelling in the area. Breakfast was fine and staff were very helpful

Booked a double room but got single beds, breakfast wasn't great, bacon hard as a rock, sausages undercooked for my liking, mushrooms burnt

We were in the pool and to be honest, I don’t know who does the cleaning. There are places where the windows and glass are very dirty, including where the Jacuzzis are located. There is a special ventilation shaft there, which Very dirty, including where women and men go to shower. There is also a special mesh there that ventilates the air in the room. She is also very dirty. I also don’t understand why the shower in the room where people wash after the pool doesn’t work; it’s also in a broken state. And also a dirty wall. I don't understand. Well, to be honest, this shouldn’t happen in a room like this. What about the rooms? I don't understand why all your windows are blocked. I understand if we were on the first floor so that no one would get inside, but we were upstairs and our first window was simply blocked. We couldn’t unlock it, that is, open it, including the ventilation vents, which are working. It didn’t let us in either, it was cold in our room, on the contrary, just stuffy. As for food, also uh, Who cooks? As I understand it, everything is practically cooked, either very fatty, or all practically frozen food is not very good. I tried eating photos.

A huge plus deserves the staff, who practically responded to any request at will. This is the only thing. And this is really worth a lot, because people do not work in all hotels and restaurants, as they work here quite pleasantly and clearly explain everything that is and is not there. So what should you do

The room was very small and my wife is not very mobile and although there was a walk-in shower she found it very difficult to use as there were no hand-holds in the shower especially near the entrance

Staff were efficientt and friendly, particularly Viktoria in the restaurant. As we spent very little time in the hotel other than sleeping and breakfast it is difficult to say more. The one dinner we had with our family was fine.

Room to hot even with aircon. Bathroom was a bit small, had to make sure not to bang hip whilst closing door. Mattress was far to small for size of bed.

The hotel was busy & they were obviously short staffed, so it wasn't the fault of the staff, but food took over an hour to arrive, & breakfast was chaotic. The family room was very small, tiny bathroom. The hotel seems to cancel you room card as every time I have stayed (5 times) I have had to return to reception after breakfast as my card no longer works. This is very frustrating, particularly when you're in room 250!!

We have stayed here often & we all had an excellent night's sleep. Very comfortable beds.

This hotel is I know over at least 60-70+ yrs old and feels it as was called before The Post House (Trust House Forte)

Bathroom very small, difficult to close the door without squeezing against the toilet. Decor/furniture old & tired. Noisy building works on adjacent land.

Good location for me to visit relatives nearby. Welcoming receptionists. Clean, fresh towels. Good pressure on shower.

The hotel, staff and spa were lovely. The only complaint was that my wife ordered a meal at the bar in the evening, but it didn’t arrive. When she checked, they said the order had left the kitchen but must have been given to another table. The bar was not busy so not sure how mistake could happen. Anyways they quickly made another meal which arrived promptly.

Sink in bathroom was badly cracked

Staff excellent, especially lady in dining room at breakfast. Convenient for our trip. Room a good size, clean and warm.
