The food took a really long time to get to our table one of the nights in the dining area. I think the waiter may have forgotten to put in our order. We had to follow up on our food order.

The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything that we needed. The receptionist even helped us to print off our plane ticket for our next destination and organized it in a document folder for safe keeping. The rooms were comfortable and met our expectations. The breakfast bar was pretty good with good selections and the facilities were fantastic.

View: The view from the room was not very good. Parking: The parking situation was also not ideal. The hotel has a small parking lot, but it is often full. It was also a additional charge, which I find a bit rich.

I recently had the pleasure of staying and I was very impressed. The hotel is located in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and warm bedding. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Having to pay for parking on top of paying £90 for the room is an absolute rip off and same with the disappointing breakfast at a very expensive £16.50. Lots of TVs but only able to show one channel leaving half the customers unhappy

Mainly just the toilet! it was not a good toilet to keep clean with use. A strange design I think. There was nothing else that we didn't like.

Breakfast was excellent and the member of staff who greeted us was excellent as were the two members of staff on reception. Our room was very good but the bathroom a little odd. I imagine it doubled as a disabled room but a high toilet, low wash basin with high soap dispenser and high shelf seems rather strange.

I was put in a twin room when upon booking I was asked if I had wanted a twin or double and requested a double. This was rectified at reception before I went to my room. My room was in quite an old, run down part of the hotel. Room clean etc though. But not the nicest part of the hotel…

The smell in the bedrooms - smelt like mothballs which was very unpleasant and it was the same smell in both rooms - we smelt the carpet and it’s whatever is used to clean it is the culprit! Please change your carpet cleaner as this is what brought the feedback scores down as it would have been exceptional across the board!

Beds were very comfortable, it was clean and looked really good. Staff were very pleasant and professional and the breakfast was really delicious - it also had dairy free milk - oat milk was a great touch!

Breakfast was over subscribed, the hotel was fully booked due to the convention and the tables in the lounge and bar had to be set up to accommodate as the resturant was full. We had to pay for parking which I thought was a bit unfair, the car park is only for guests and is big enough so charging seemed a bit greedy on top of the room price.

room was lovely, the air conditioning was broken though which was annoying since we were in the middle of a heatwave but the staff provided us with a fan though and delivered it to us in the middle of the night which i was very impressed with. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the bathroom was of a decent size, overall it was really nice.
