You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was a bit stark and reduced the quality of the area which could have been more comfortable and friendly There appeared to be no cleaning service to the rooms on Sunday. I did not worry too much about that and understand a staffing issue for a Sunday but did feel at very least the bed should have been made.
Breakfast good with good variety of types of breakfast available. Continental Europeans though would miss cold meats and cheese! As it was so new everything was in very good condition and looked good. Bathroom small but wonderful walk in shower

United KingdomIt would have been nice to have flannels. I stayed in two rooms of the same size, but one of them was much more expensive than the other because a sofa bed had been squeezed in. So inclusion of a sofa does not indicate a bigger room.
The breakfast was good. The room was absolutely fine - functional, tidy and clean. There was a big TV which could be watched comfortably from the bed - this is sometimes not the case in other hotels. Bed was comfortable. Shower was strong and hot. The public areas were pleasant. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was convenient and on a main street with access to lots of shops and restaurants. The bus stop was across the road and the train station was a 20minute walk away.
