We had an issue with the original room as the radiator thermostat was jammed full on but the hotel moved us to a nearby room which was noticeably cooler

United States of AmericaThe only complaint I have was that the breakfast dishes were all cold one day. I chalked it up to probably being an equipment issue of some sort. We had a visitor who had coffee from one of the machines and he thought it was horrible. I don’t drink coffee so I can’t say.

The request for rooms being close was not possible but when we checked in and went to the rooms, as they were very far apart I did go back and ask whether there was any chance of being moved - and Jo did manage to change the double to a twin which was closer (only 2 doors down). This was much appreciated by dad! Facilities were great, and was customer service. My husband forgot to take his wedding band off before going for a swim, and when he reported it the staff were on the ball and called him the following day to say that it had been found :) We would definitely recommend and will be staying again if in the area.

A very clean hotel, in a nice quiet environment; and vey helpful staff as well. Plenty of freee parking, and handy for the A12 main road which couldn't be heard from the hotel either. Good food, dinner and breakfast. pool/gym was well used when we went there. Very comfy beds and good overall facilities.

United KingdomThe pool was nice but it’s a shame when we visited the pool the lanes for swimming were being used for kids swimming lessons - it would be good to let guests know to expect these when booking and times to avoid.
The staff were very accommodating, we stayed for my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make the stay special. Breakfast was good, check in and check out very easy. Rooms very clean and air conditioning worked well.
