One of the best properties i have stayed in, well equipped with everything you need, really cosy and warm. Me and my children slept so well. Can’t wait to go back in the summer.

Sofas were a bit uncomfortable when sitting on for longer than an hour, but that's a very small dislike. The roadway leading to the camp site could do with widening.

Super clean property. Every amenity was available. Parking for 2 cars (3 at a push), washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, Crockery and Cutlery, size of the rooms was bigger than expected, en-suite, 2 lavatories, nice kitchen area, ironing board. The site is ideally situated to drive around all the prime loations of the area.

Absolutely spotless and stunning. Beautiful location. A hidden Gem would highly recommend. Even had a bath! Karim was the perfect host. Brilliant communication. Would absolutely stay again - thank you 😊

Great holiday home. Well equipped & in amazing condition. Location was fantastic, not only on the site but with regards to access to super.arkets, petrol stations, Padstow & the main roads.

One of the bedrooms is en-suite; the other has a larger bathroom which can be shared by larger parties. This bathroom only has a large bath but no shower so it's best to be aware before travel, so you can prepare accordingly.

A quiet holiday park with quite a number of static lodges on site each situated some 15' from each other. terrace runs along the frontage and ample terrace furniture is on hand for the accommodation's residents. The host was superb, even though he lived elsewhere. He unobtrusively kept in contact with arrival details and was attentive to our needs and comfort whilst on holiday. The lodge had a wide range of equipment and furnishings. Bedrooms were large and roomy. Comfort was guaranteed. The Park has a small shop on site for the basic requirements needed for a snack, snack-meal or breakfast if required. Tesco have a supermarket only a mile away but a car would be handy. Padstow is only 2 miles away. There is a bus stop close-by. All in all a good choice if you want easy access to nearby sights.

A couple of things we did not like, but nothing to do with the property or the host, The holiday park receptionists were very friendly but did not have a clue. The shop did not stock anything useful. Thankfully, Tesco was not too far away. It is extremely difficult to find taxis in Padstow,.

We liked the property. It was very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it and Karim is a great host.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Located just outside Padstow town, you’re on the doorstep of some wonderful places to eat. There is also an on site street food vendor serving delicious food. Whilst you are very close to Padstow, being among the rolling fields makes it feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere - very peaceful and serene. The lodge itself was immaculate and had all the facilities you could possibly need. We were a party of 3 with 2 dogs and found the lodge very spacious. We all felt very safe on the grounds and entered relaxation mode for the duration of our stay. The lodge is reasonably priced compared to other accommodation in the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

Lovely new property which is very clean. Decking area has a good view and with the table and chairs provided ideal area to eat outside. The owner was very proactive in checking that there were no issues getting into the property or with the property itself. We were due to arrive at 11.00pm and at that time the owner text to check we had arrived safely and had no issues. We had been delayed by 30 minutes and the owner waited up to check we managed to get into the property and had no issue.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything from the ease of booking, to host Karim’s messages and directions was exceptional. The property is currently (May 23) virtually brand new, everything was spotless, with loads of touches included such as a cocktail shaker and glasses, books to read, games to play etc. Its minutes in the car from Padstow, and walkable too should you choose (the farmer had just ploughed the fields so we chose not to). I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if I’m in the area.

It is modern, very well equipped, cosy, warm, beds very comfortable, perfect location, very quiet holiday village. We had a lovely week!
