Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location and easy to find. The breakfast was splendid and the staff were friendly. The hotel has a vintage look, with decorations from Victorian age.

The decor is rather dated, but this kind of adds to the quirky appeal of this hotel. Bed was beautifully comfortable, crisp, cotton sheets, very clean. The ensuite was very clean too, lovely shower. Filling, really tasty, piping hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Thank you.

Wonderfully atmospheric hotel reflecting its origins as a Victorian commercial hotel. The hotel in many ways a living museum, decorated and renovated to reflect its history. But still comfortable and up to date in its facilities.
