The oven confusing to operate and was left in a bad state by previous guests. Doormats were left outside too so wet and unusable. Am sure just a mistake by the cleaners.

Great holiday park and clean caravan which was well equipped. Nicely located within the park with plenty of room to operate.

After booking we had an email saying it was compulsory to have passes to visit the sites swimming pools and amenities and an extra £50 was due to to paid, we had planned and booked other things to do in Devon, we dident even go to reception to pick our passes up. This should have been added to the original price or at least stated

The van we stayed in was a little dated and tired. Could do with a freshen up especially the net curtains which have mould on them. Fridge needed a wipe out before use

The advertised cost of a mandatory payment for access to the facilities was wrong on the advert. In fairness they have said they would refund the difference. The owner needs to give a clear call to action that people staying there have to clean up cigarette ends or someone responsible for cleaning will need to - when we arrived we were shocked at how many cigarette ends there were by the caravan steps. As non-smokers it was disgusting. We removed them as the children were stepping on them. We were out when someone came to fix the light, and more dog ends appeared. That was a serious put off.

Caravan bit basic but clean inside. Good space so didn't feel cluttered at all. Great location. Light had gone in the children's room but fixed fairly quickly.

Wish it had a little balcony like many others.

Very clean, larger than expected, 2 bathrooms and very comfy indeed. Also a great bus runs from the park to all major stops along the coast line.

Everything was great. Can't fault any of it at all.

We loved the caravan ans the holiday park. The facilities and staff were excellent, and our caravan was just as expected. Can't wait to stay again soon.

Shop in Hoburne is super expensive and the laundrette is very expensive. Also, the arcades at night there's not enough security on site, and it gets a bit crazy at round 9 pm with kids running around and no perants watching them.

The caravan itself was excellent, nice and clean, and spacious. Plenty of duvets and pillows, even some cleaning supplies there to wash up with. Facilities were very family friendly ,events every day , soft play for kids and swimming pool is really kids friendly. Restaurants were great. Loved how close it was to the beach, literally 15/ 20 minutes

The beds in the caravan weren't very comfy unfortunately. The entertainment in the club was a bit naff too in my opinion. It was singing but not very entertaining. Sorry.

The caravan was lovely for the price, nice and clean and in a good location in the park. The indoor swimming pool was really good, it had a slide which the kids loved. The park itself is lovely and not too far from Goodrington beach.

The way booking.com handled my complaint from when we got there and still have denied me a refund .even after sending them pictures. Keep saying its down to owner. Well sorry it was booked through you. So sort it out. If you book via booking.com and you get a email saying your host is bd enterprise UK limited Please cancel... as it seems they will take your hard earned cash ..... but 6 day's before you go they will charge you a extra mandatory £50.00 for passes and if you contact booking.com they will do nothing. You have been warned will add some pics

Did not like anything the caravan was not fit for purpose. It was smelly and mouldy carpets where old and heavily stained beds had no life in mattresses everywhere was stained walls ceiling cooker looked like it had never been cleaned. The outside was just as bad as the inside . The curtains and net curtains where stained and ripped.... would not recommend to any one. Wouldn't let my dog stay in their

Got told last minute no linen was provide even though all pictures include them - despite arguing this he said it was clearly in the description and there is nothing saying linen is not provided No linen also meant no shower matt so bathroom floor ended up getting wet and slippery Despite saying there is a hairdryer there is not - apparently for health and safety reasons - God knows why, so we didn't pack one thinking there was one there. No apologies or anything for this Told him on the first night when using the toaster it blew all the fuses - no one came out to check this for us, wanted us to wait around on our holiday with no given time of when someone would come. So was without the toaster for the entire time Freezer was not clean Outside light not working

The caravan park itself is very nice. Good location, shop on site, local bus stop on site, nice swimming pools, good food

The cleanliness of the caravan was disgusting. Customer service from the owner wasn't good he hung up on me and won't answer the phone. There was mould everywhere. All the pots and pans and glass dishes had lots of dried food on them.

I was charged £50 for facilities which was not advertised. the owner would not let us. heck in without paying this. I contacted booking about it who said to pay it and it would be refunded, after weeks I still haven’t been refunded. We were also only told the night before that we have to being our own bedsheets and towels. The caravan was dirty. it had not been cleaned properly, there was mould near the cooker where food hadn’t been cleaned off. There were food stains on the curtains. There was dried on foods on the plates and cutlery where they hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were food crumbs in the cutlery drawer. There was mud up one of the walls and dust everywhere. I complained about this too and have still not had any reply. I would avoid this property!

Sleeps 6 but no proper bed in living room not cleaned on time stuff in caravan and if I hadn't of asked about bedding wouldn't of know we needed to bring our own. Passes weren't available and site said it was the host job .we had to ring as we weren't given the lock box code to enter the caravan .shouldn't have to rang him to get code very unorganised

Reception weren’t expecting us but this didn’t cause a problem, they were accommodating and organised our passes immediately.

The caravan was very clean and well maintained. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The facilities were just right for our stay with a three year old.

I was told I HAD to pay £50 for park facilities, even tho i explained we wouldn't be using them. This was not on the advertised. The mattress in the double room was so thin, my brother now has a bad back. I have knee issues and the site is incredibly hilly

Pool could have been slightly warmer and cleaner, but was still great!

We had a lovely long weekend away! Facilities were fab for our 19 month old - she particularly loved the soft play! Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Park is close to the zoo, Paignton beach/pier and plenty of shops!
