The noise transfer between rooms is terrible. You can hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. The pillows on the bed should be provided as one firm and one soft for choice.

It was a very small double room, the compact room must be tiny. The bed & the pillows were not comfortable.

Decent hotel in city centre. Rooms are small but comfortable and quiet given the town centre location.

The house keepers don't clean the rooms properly, so many crumbs on the floor, they don't even lay the beds, they just lay the blanket over rough sheets, they don't clean the bathroom properly as well.

Nothing - it was fantastic

I had orignally requested the room I'd stayed in the year previously as that had been the first time my partner and I had taken a trip together, but records didn't go that far back, however, the lady said she'd make sure we had a nice room, and we certainly did! I wish we'd been staying more than one night to make the most of it - spacious, clean, the cans of water were a nice bonus. This hotel is so ideally located both for exploring Nottingham, and for gigs at Rock City or the Rescue Rooms. Oh, and the breakfast is wonderful! so much choice.

Lack of information in rooms regarding room service, no menus or lists of available items. No information how to contact reception and when finding the number online was on hold for 15 minutes and still no answer so ended up going downstairs to reception ourselves.

In the centre of town so perfect location, enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Lovely comfortable bed with black out curtains, slept soo well we overslept our alarm

Our room was on the 6 th floor , I do think that that could be a problem for people with mobility issues( no lift to this floor) maybe it’s worth mentioning before allocating rooms, avoiding a potential problem on the day. Room was lovely though.

Room was lovely ,clean. Staff were great, always stay here as it’s so convenient to everything.

From start to finish our visit was lovely. Had breakfast which was amazing and there was lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I ended up with a parking ticket despite paying for parking. That spoilt the whole trip.

Very noisy room, with lots of noise constantly from adjacent rooms, room above, and banging fire door and conversation in hallways.

The costing for the rooms was expensive. The organisation for breakfast needs looking at as it was sit where you want scenario. You get two people sitting on a table for six and the larger groups struggling to get seating.

Parking is annoying - no reserved parking on the weekend - our remote in the room for the tv didn’t work - sure - we could of asked the reception and I’m sure they would have made a plan - just minor

The windows are a little old I think, you can hear traffic from outside, cars, people, the lot. The floor is also squeaky, at one point it scared us a little bit as we thought someone else was in the room walking but it was actually from upstairs room.

The staff were all so friendly, very caring, helpful and just excellent customer service! You feel so at ease with them. Great facilities included such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, towels. The bath robe, toothbrush and toothpaste are available from the reception when requested. The staff also has local knowledge. It's so close to Christmas Market if you're ever thinking of visiting it, it's very central, close to shops, it has McDonald's and Taco Bell right in front of it and also the Victoria Centre which is a shopping centre. The Hotel is also just a walking distance to Nottingham Castle and Robin Hood Statue.
