Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe windows are a little old I think, you can hear traffic from outside, cars, people, the lot. The floor is also squeaky, at one point it scared us a little bit as we thought someone else was in the room walking but it was actually from upstairs room.
The staff were all so friendly, very caring, helpful and just excellent customer service! You feel so at ease with them. Great facilities included such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, towels. The bath robe, toothbrush and toothpaste are available from the reception when requested. The staff also has local knowledge. It's so close to Christmas Market if you're ever thinking of visiting it, it's very central, close to shops, it has McDonald's and Taco Bell right in front of it and also the Victoria Centre which is a shopping centre. The Hotel is also just a walking distance to Nottingham Castle and Robin Hood Statue.

United KingdomWhilst general cleanliness was very good, we still found some contact lenses on the floor, so could have been better cleaned. There was an issue with the kitchen on first day so most options on dinner menu weren't available. Floor can be noisy when walking on.
Breakfast variety and quality. Welcoming and friendly staff. Staff went the extra mile for my partner's birthday. Facilities were comfortable and clean. Location was great and parking options were good.

Most high end hotels usually have a option of an alternative pillow in the wardrobe or some such but this was not the case here. There was no adequate soundproofing or secondary glazing on the windows which meant that there was a lot of noise from the city centre streets right through to the early hours. Sirens and people shouting could be clearly heard even though we were on the 4th floor and we had a very disturbed nights sleep as a consequence.

United KingdomSineage to rooms is wrong. I went on a wild goose chase trying to find my room.
Room was quite small but fine for 1 person. It had a double bed but only access from one side. I can't remember if it was supposed to be a single or double. Bathroom was nice and the general decor was good. Room was miles from reception. Fine for me, but those that are less mobile,beware. All in all very satisfactory.
