Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Well located but if flying from terminal 2 it is still quite a long walk with cases and it worth booking the shuttle service. The food in the restaurant was poor and the service was slow. Rooms were big and well soundproofed and the staff were welcoming and helpful.

United KingdomThere is an extra charge for parking (£15) which I wasn’t aware of at the time of booking, which made the booking quite expensive overall.
Very nice modern hotel, comfortable and clean. Staff very pleasant and free warm cookie on arrival. I ordered room service and had breakfast in my room which was nice and only a small extra charge (about £5).

Staff were helpful and friendly. Dinner buffet for the kids was very handy. Room was perfect for our family of 6, we were delighted that we could all stay in one room. The two doubles, sofa bed and cot were perfect!

GermanyAccess from airport: Walking there is not easy (long and tricky! it takes 10-20 minutes depending on your fitness/luggage)I would recommend to get an Uber instread, for less that 10 GBP they will taker you to the Hotel's front door in 5 minutes. If you carry large bags or are senior I would definitely recommend not to walk to the hotel. Room facilities: Our Queen room does not have a fridge/min bar and neither we got complimentary bottles of water. I think for the supposed 4-Star category and the price we paid for one night stay (187 GBP) at least this should be included A disappointment on that aspect. The Toilet paper quality was really low, it basically does not hold together. Breakfast and Restaurant service: Breakfast service and quality is in the low side: we had breakfast at 7:00 AM and scramble eggs were cold and not fresh (with a dried layer on top) and empty pastries trays. Bread was just regular low quality sliced bread. No fresh orange juice but from carton. The rest of the hot food did not look or tasted ok. We ordered pizza and wine via room service: again food and drinks were low quality although it arrived on time.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities are good and clean and bed was also comfortable. We were offered a high floor room and it was nice and quiet.
