Restaurant staff at breakfast very chatty however cooked food is barely warm. As you pay extra for breakfast this is always a disappointment

The TV in the communal area had a poor picture quality which was a bit of a shame when some of us wanted to watch the 6 nations in the evening, but it wasn't bad enough to spoil the occasion.

It was all very functional. We were over staying for a swim gala that was taking place over the weekend at the pool around the corner, so were only looking for bed and breakfast and an evening meal, and that was all great.

Still waiting for my email receipt and still hasn’t arrived, also didn’t know about £10.00 deposit which had to be paid, still awaiting refund for that too, oh yes and wasn’t aware of £8 car park charge for a hotel miles from the airport which is strange. Poor communication and administration by the group, Ibis and Premier inn much more of informative than Hilton I’m afraid to say

Unfortunately while there, there was a fire alarm test at 10PM, no fault of any of the staff. But the evacuation of the building was not well organised. The bed was unfortunately rather uncomfortable, and there was only one plug socket by one side of the bed.

The room was sufficient for a one night stay, the lady who checked us in was lovely. The room itself looked adequate, and was offered breakfast to add on upon arrival.

Not putting us in the noisey room in first place. You should aware of the danger of low frequency noise

our initial room 237 was affected by low frequency noise from the fitness area. the staff quite happily moved us to a quieter room

The charge for car parking when you are residing at the hotel was a bit of a disappointment We thought it was free parking

Carpet was heavily stained in parts of the room, unclear a carpet cleaner hasnt been taken to this area. Had been improperly cleaned prior to arrival as discarded rubbish was under the seats and curtains.

Comfortable bed, great shower amd bathroom facilities, attentive and helpful staff at all hours. Decent breakfast with some food cooked fresh for you on request. All staff we interacted with or even just passed in the corridor were super friendly

I didn't like the price of the menu It's way over priced . And since I have been coming to this hotel for 6 years it's the same boring menu .with ridiculous prices .

The staff are really very helpful and very nice . Always willing to help and make your stay comfortable I.like the guest room with facilities to a microwave to warm your food up .And the laundry room .The rooms are average decor .To me this hotel is convenient for my travel requirements.
