We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCarpeting in the main entry and hallways needs a good cleaning, or maybe replacing.
Hotel is so close to the airport that it's almost faster to walk there than take the shuttle. Comfortable, clean room. We had a great dinner in the restaurant -- my last dinner of fresh mussels before leaving Scotland.

AustraliaWe had organised a room with a walk in shower and had received confirmation of this in an email from the hotel, and this was not the room we were given. The property is quite old and tired. The lady at reception was not friendly. Hotel is expensive for what you get.
Location to the airport and the lovely family who worked in the restaurant. We only stayed here because of the shuttle service to the airport.

AustraliaThe restaurant staff were totally rude and put us off eating at the venue. They were abrupt and not obliging at all whereas both the reception staff and bar staff made up for their attitude. We waited for a shuttle bus out the front where told after 4am and nothing turned up therefore had to walk across to the airport terminal. One girl in front if us struggled with a trolley and at least 6 suitcases.

PolandThe room was a bit pricey, but then having the breakfast included in the end, the price was fine. Other than that I cannot really complain about anything at all.
It is very close to the airport and even has airport shuttle stopping next to the entrance. Our stay was very comfortable and we were very pleasantly surprised with a breakfast that turned out to be included. Breakfast itself was very tasty with a rich selection of food.

Had indicated arrival time and booked correct date, but we were booked in for the next night on your system. Also mix up over name against room when went for breakfast. Breakfast room noisy. Staff run off their feet.

Well appointed room, 2 queen beds. Clean & comfortable, friendly staff. Parking is cheap at GBP 16 per 24 hours. Glasgow airport charges GBP 17 for 1 hour !! Location is super for the airport & for travelling into the centre by bus or tram.

CanadaRoom was a little noisy as the "carts/racks" for the laundry were being moved outside the window and made quite a noise. Wasn't too bad but could have done without it.
Location - proximity to car rental and airport. Room was good with an added bonus of a heater that worked!! Bathroom was great - a lovely bathtub. Dinner was very good - had Rib Eye steak - cooked perfectly as asked.

BelgiumThe man at the front desk was not very welcoming. Like he was annoyed by us. If we had a complete sentence from him it was a lot. You have to pay for the parking even if you stay the night at the hotel. The bar is closing quite early.
The room was very comfy , clean and calm. 24/24 h check in / check out. Very clean and big bathroom with plenty of free toiletries. Just in front of the rental car return parking so very convenient. THere is a bu shuttle to the airport but less than 10 min by foot to the airport departures.
