We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomRoom was a disabled access one which I know necessary but neither of us needed this. Toilet had no lid, shower no screen and sink was low and no space for toiletries. We had dinner in main restaurant, starter was lovely but main disappointing as lacking vegetables and potatoes woth meat.
Spa facilities were really good. Location and grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was really good as plenty options. Afternoon tea was really nice and setting looking out on river was great.

United KingdomThe food felt a little pricey for what was on offer, and there was a delay to the food arriving due to mistakes during service. The spa changing room is small, so maybe best to change in the room before heading across.
Was lucky to be there on a sunny autumnal weekend which made strolling along the river to the cathedral absolutely wonderful. The spa is a delight, and staff across the whole venue were on point. Lovely breakfast in the morning, with a la carte options as well as buffet. Evening meal was also delicious.

The hotel is gorgeous and so is the ground. Everything was perfect, we even treated our self to a massage . We have been before and it didn't let us down with its opulence.

Across all areas the staff were excellent, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. In particular, Gareth in the bar was incredibly friendly and kind towards our toddler. The pool and leisure facilities are excellent and there were floats made available during the kids swimming times. The choice and quality of breakfast items was brilliant.

United KingdomA minor point was that the Sycamore Suite is one of the closer rooms to the marquee and the music was heard until midnight when it ceased promptly. Most rooms would not hear the music.
Excellent location and significantly improved physically under the present ownership. Rooms/suites were very well presented whereas, under previous ownership they were tired. Staff are absolutely remarkable. Such great spirit. The food proved delicious and presented the best of Scottish cuisine.

United KingdomIt’s quite a long walk if you don’t drive. From Dunkeld and Birnam station it was over an hour. Thankfully we had lovely weather. There is only one taxi in town and they were unavailable. The room service food was terrible . We couldn’t eat the vegetarian dishes. Which was surprising considering how nice the breakfast was.
Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is in beautiful surroundings and has great facilities. Staff are very kind and attentive.
