We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBad nights sleep someone arguing all night playing loud music and complained and nothing was done whatsoever which is terrible in my opinion especially when we was having a weekend family break with children. Shouldn't have to pay for parking on the hotel grounds and the breakfast fruit juices all were watered down and tasted like water not fruit juice... swimming should be free if paying guests in my opinion. Very young inexperienced and work shy staff and just chat and congregate and hide and do nothing but to avoid customers mainly the morning staff we experienced that morning. We found that front of house looking in was bad also the same un professional and not a care in the world on check out .sorry but expected better from.a 4* hotel and to be ignored when checked out and no compassion or goid will gesture is shocking to say the least and we never complain but sleepless night deserves a serious issue and shouldn't be paying full price for that. 😐
Hotel & location brilliant , facilities and choice of foods great including the price was reasonable aswell . the room was lovely and the check in was welcoming but went down hill from there unfortunately road on....

AustraliaThere were no suitcase stands, making it difficult to find a suitable place to keep our cases while still being able to access items from them. The breakfast was tasty and generous. Although the room allocated to us was a free upgrade, it was up a flight of stairs and no lift was available. This made carrying our two suitcases up to our room challenging, especially given I have a mobility challenge that requires me to use a walking stick and avoid carrying heavy loads.
The hotel kindly gave us a free upgrade. The room was large and the beds comfortable. We wanted a room that was quiet, and it was.

United KingdomThere was no 5g phone dignal and no free WiFi in the room, so to call home and speak to my family I had to purchase premium WiFi at 7 pounds. For nearly 90 pounds a night I'd expect WiFi in the rooms.

United KingdomThe room was clean but in need of some modernisation. The layout of the TV bed ect was all mismatched so you watched to from its side in bed. Why am I paying for parking!
The pool and gym were clean and available for guests at a cost. Staff we met were polite and attentive. But not the quickest on the planet.

United KingdomThe beds are a bit noisy when moving about while sleeping (not a massive issue but annoying) No water bottle in the room. The breakfast - £14… I wasn’t able to “enjoy it”.
Very nice property. Good size rooms. Normal size bath and a proper working shower! Iron, hairdryer etc… good on site facilities. A lot of space.

United KingdomThere are no sockets for chargers near the bed so had to plug my charger behind the lamp on the desk. This is always inconvenient, but then I forgot my charger and the hotel did not get in touch to tell me or offer to send it (which I would have paid for..) I was told on arrival by reception that the spa facilities are free. When I got there after a very long walk from my room, I was told I had to bring a card from my room, and only if a green stamp was on it would be free. After walking all the way back to my room, I discovered I had a red stamp so did not bother going back. it would be good if this info had been given on arrival.. At breakfast there was a sign to wait to be seated, but there was no staff there so wasted several minutes waiting for no reason. When turning on the cold water in my room at the sink , it made a very loud hammering noise. Only used hot water tap to avoid this.
The room was a lot better than I expected from previous comments, and the hotel overall was very nice, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable, room very spacious and large television.
