We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was lovely. Clean, very big bed, very comfortable. Kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. WiFi, TV with netflix. They even have charger plugs for tablets/phones in the room. The breakfast was absolutely perfect 👌 The ladies running the B&B were very welcoming. And made sure we had everything we needed or requested. We will definitely be returning here. Made our first stay in Scotland fantastic. Thank you both so much.

The breakfast was excellent - a choice of fruit juice and cereal to start and the cooked breakfast freshly prepared to order by the host. They had a good knowledge of the area and were able to suggest places to visit during our stay. The room was a good size with an en-suite shower room and everywhere was absolutely spotless. Immaculate all round.
