The microwave was not working properly and is faulty which was a pain in the neck. Should be replaced as soon as possible. The neighbourhood has issues with trash as they put out trash bin bags instead of wheelie bins which get attacked by seagulls and drunks.

The living room is very bright and comfy though it can be a bit cold coz it’s got massive windows. However the heater works perfectly so no worries at all. The bedroom is also very cozy and provides a good night sleep after a long day at work.

Property is absolutely filthy ,floors uneven , green mold all over the walls the main door to get in and out door handle is falling to bits kitchen looks like it’s been took out of a skip cupboards falling of the walls heating doesn’t exit took 2 days of clothes on the maiden and still wet inside the cooker you wouldn’t cook a meal for your worst enemy in it it’s awful avoid at all cost we ended up paying for some we’re else 2 days in 🤮

Unfortunately - no table in the kitchen to have a breakfast. The bed was moving (no stoppers on the furniture wheels). The door of the shower cabin was tough, difficult to open. No allocated parking, not easy to find a parking space.

Although the house didn't look very inviting from outside, the flat was really nice. Effective communication with the host. Exceptionally clean and spacious flat. Effective decorations, reflecting a seaside location of the town. Good kitchen, with plenty of utensils. Enough clean towels.

Used hypodermic needles in apartment, mold growing everywhere, strange and agressive neighbour who intimidated me, the door code provided didn't work, noise from toilet leak disturbs sleep

Area of improvement in bathroom and kitchen. Old cutlery, cupboards to be renewed, smelly toilet, small bugs in the bathroom. Condensation inside windows. Too unreliable wifi. But first, a new mattress.

Feels like home. Many facilities available for the price. Good walking distance. Some view of the sea from front and back. Spacious rooms. Whole place. Large windows, always good amount of light. Cheapest.

The cupboard in the kitchen was coming off at the back the front of the property isn't well kept. As soon as you walk in the smell of damp hits you. The entrance needs work. The second door to the flat the handle is very loose and feels as though it will fall off soon. The bathroom is damp and the ceiling is full of damp spots. The fire alarm has no cover and not even sure if it works. No television to relax with at night. The furniture is mismatched and also the decor. The bed is sunken in the middle and I lied on it and felt as though it could break at any time. Me and my partner traveled 200 miles to stay here and see the sights of Swansea. We could not sleep here and had to spend some of our budget on getting a last minute room at the travel lodge. I'm not snotty in anyway but it needs alot of work before renting it out. Looked lovely on the pictures but it isn't fit for purpose 3

The accommodation was infact not a cottage, as the name suggests, but a very outdated flat. It was in very poor condition and in need of a refurbishment. Very poor quality mattress. Dirty floors. Worn and ill fitted carpet and flooring. Kitchen cupboard door hanging off. The flat was more like poor quality student accommodation. Not the type of accommodation I would expect to find on Booking com.

The location was the only good thing about our stay.
