It is a pity that there are signs of cost cutting; generalised toiletries, not top quality tea/coffee/biscuits; wrapped butter and jams; a few things to wipe in the bedroom. No staff at all visible on Sunday. All of this prevents a luxury grading and limits things to 80%

The location is perfect; the parking good, the room of a high standard, the breakfast more than adequate. The provision of tea/coffee biscuits most welcome.

One of the bathroom glass wall didn't have a blind, so if you're travelling with someone just make a note of that. It wasn't a problem for us and doesn't make the room or place any less likeable!

The room was beautiful and had all the amenities. It had a beautiful city and garden view as well. The room was quite and the bed was comfortable as well. The staff was very warm and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. A portion of the breakfast room has a glass roof and has a beautiful backyard view while you can enjoy your food.

Car parking, is tight; to say the least ,especially when the hotel is full. But you only have so much space and it appears to be a premium in Bath.

We picked this hotel as we had shortlisted our options based on where had parking and an EV charger, but the charger here wasn't working. This was no fault of the property owners at all as the charger was managed by another company. It's seems they've been trying really hard to get it fixed. But it did mean we had to make a stop somewhere else to charge up which was an unforeseen disruption to our break. Maybe worth calling ahead to check if you're booking this place based on charging facilities.

Loved the period feel to the property, beautifully decorated, lovely friendly staff. Instructions for accessing the property out of hours were clear. Breakfast was delicious! Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Room was very clean and well furnished. USB charger point available at the bedside tables. Mattress extremely comfortable. Room temperature adjustable.

The room and location were excellent. The staff on duty were friendly and really helpful. The hotel itself was a ideal place to stay, It was in a quiet location 5 minutes from the centre of Bath and was a great place to stay, At breakfast time we ate in a lovely garden room with conservatory furniture and the food was excellent too so well done to those involved

The first night the room smelt musty but the second night was ok - the road is busy.

Good location only about 25min walk from town. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Lovely decor and great breakfast. Good to have parking outside and the lounge downstairs was nice

the room is not 100% sound proof so you can hear your nearby room open and close their room's door.also the coffee serve with breakfast is not taste that good.

Nice welcome and was able to park and check in earlier than 2pm. Amazing room, very comfortable and clean. Large bed and a chaise longue. Bathroom was superb. Found it a bit weird not having a door to the bathroom (just a screen) as the toilet was in there! Breakfast was very good and generous. Perhaps some better quality coffee in the room would be more in keeping with the quality and price of the room and the hotel in general. Safe parking, good free wifi and easy walk into Bath centre.

Room was a little small, but more than enough for one person. It isn't obvious how or if you were supposed to be able to lock the door from the inside, but the building feels safe enough that I didn't worry about it.

Clean and comfortable room. The tea set and other amenities (fan, hairdryer, towel warmer, free shampoo and soap) are great inclusions as well. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options, and ordered as if you were in a restaurant! Great fast wifi too. Near a very nice pub and of course the rest of the city.
