I guess the only thing was the bathroom is very small but it wasn’t a problem.

It was spacious, with a contemporary feel and fit our requirements for a relaxing long weekend.

I didn't actually find anything I didn't like about the property or the location. It's very beautiful in Ilfracombe and there is so much to do.

Perfectly placed for exploring the coast and surrounding area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here. On arrival I found tea and sugar was provided so I was able to enjoy a cup of tea after my long journey, this was very appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return sometime.

Double bed consists of 2 mattresses which do not quite lie flush against each other

Immaculate presentation of flat! It feels very spacious with large bedroom, sitting room and kitchen+utility connected by corridor. Also a small outside garden.

Very clean, tidy, nice little apartment for a weekend away. The owner was nice and accommodating for a last minute stay with additional check in time negotiated. Excellent TV in the main bedroom.

Parking can be a bit of an issue. You will find a spot, but you may have to do some searching for it. Parking on the public road in Ilfracombe can be crowded.

5pm booking in, place was basically clean, but outside door needs a clean, may not been used for a bit, dust on door, could not find bar b q, tried using mouthwash, shelf too low to sink

Other reviews complain about tiny sink in bathroom - think more forced by space and design than choice. Improvisation needed when shaving etc.

Great value for late May. Close to High Street. Clean and comfortable ground floor one bedroom apartment. Fully fitted kitchen, washing machine and good Wi-fi.

Just 1 tiny issue. The bed is 2 single mattresses on a double base but one of the beds is everso slightly lower at the head end... Ne perfect cuddles.

The ensuite bathroom the sink is so small. Parking was tricky had to park on the double line and wake up in the morning and try move it. Large bed but two singles put together so slightly uncomfortable if in the middle.

The location was great. Kitchen large with lots of kitchen wear. Smart tv's with netflix in living room and room. The place was clean and the brouchers were handy with places to visit.

Very hilly area the walk up from the harbour stretched my fitness! The initial hallway entrance is underwhelming and smells musty but once through your apartment door it's clean and fresh. A fan would be a great addition in warm weather!

Spotless modern apartment with everything you need. We managed to park on the street which was a bonus. Very comfy bed with beautiful bedding. Lovely outside seating area. Quiet location. Easy check in out good communication with host.

This appears to be a very new property renovation, which on the whole appears very nice and modern looking in the photos, however............... Unfortunately the 'double bed' is two different height single beds pushed together creating a rolling effect ! The shower tray fills up and overflows and gets extremely slippery. The pull cord for the blinds in the bedroom came off so we couldn't open the blinds. The utility toilet didn't flush correctly. The basic wardrobe leans when used. A musky smell is present on entering the front door / hallway We were locked in the property because of a badly fitted front door lock, which is obviously a health and safety issue especially if young children are involved ! We also became locked out of the property on the evening due to the faulty lock. we had to wait a few hours for a locksmith to come out to repair it which ruined our planned evening out as we was locked out in swimwear ! A locksmith was called out, however the problem was not completely solved and the lock remained faulty. Most of the above issues we experienced are minor niggles I guess, but when your weekend break is cut short through being locked in or out of the apartment I would expect an answer from the owner and to be compensated in some way. However the owner has not replied to myself or booking.com regarding any of the above.

The location was lovely , close to the harbour.
