Nothing I can honestly say was a disappointment.

The room was very clean and a very complimentary size. The host Heather and her husband were absolutely fantastic. Allowed us an early arrival with no fuss at all. We were then so busy talking about things we had in common that we didn't check out until gone 11am. One of the nicest B&B stays we've ever had. If you're in the area, it is must that you stay here. The breakfast was also fantastic, with fantastic views to go with the fantastic service.

The property is excellent, rooms are clean and beautifully laid out. The owners are 2 of the loveliest people we’ve ever met. They made us feel so incredibly welcome and nothing was too much for them. It felt like staying at a home away from home. I could not recommend this place enough! The view is beautiful, breakfast was fantastic and catered to whatever we needed. The owners go above and beyond for their guests.

There were quite alot of bugs let in but I can't blame anyone for that it is summer after all and I did have the door open

The breakfast was lovely I hadn't ate much though because I wasn't feeling well, the room was also very comfortable and homely and the view was nice and the access outside was nice to have!

It would have been nice to have some biscuits on the complimentary tea and coffee table.

Quiet and peaceful, Clean and comfortable, beautiful scenery, beds were comfortable, they had the most amazing shower and there was a huge bath in the room too, there was a skylight right above the bed which was grand.

I was in the roost room and as working from my laptop it was uncomfortable to get my legs beneath the table due to the low drawer. Maybe the desk and chair could be changed or the handyman husband could just raise the table somehow ;)

Very well maintained home that you can share the homely lounge spaces of, with great views and walks around property perimeter, plus a excellent breakfast. A Great British B&B

Having to leave and not being able to spend more time there.

The Guest house is set in a beautiful location with stunning views overlooking the Welsh hills couldn’t be more perfect. The hosts were welcoming and made every effort to ensure the stay was perfect. Breakfast was beautiful, from a range of cereals, fresh orange and a combination of delicious cooked breakfast, the hosts although busy engaged with everyone during breakfast. You felt as if you had known them forever they made everyone feel at ease a regular home from home experience. Would I recommend you stay here most definitely.

The plumbing was a bit noisy especially in the night.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable, Heather and Neil are both very friendly & welcoming. The breakfast room has lovely views and breakfast itself was excellent.

Absolutely nothing but do advise to book the larger rooms if staying longer than a couple of nights but all in all no complaints whatsoever 😁
