The shared bathroom had no toilet roll in the morning time. I tried looking for a staff member to restock but couldn't see anyone. The drawers in there didn't have any spare toilet roll and were quite dirty looking. The room itself was clean though. We saw a kitchen the next morning but not sure if we were allowed access, it hadn't been mentioned when checking in.

We loved the convenient location to Gatwick Airport, one stop on the bus. Nice walk into Horley for food also and shops. The room was comfortable, just what we needed for the night before a flight.

I booked and paid to park the following day of my stay ( even though my confirmation email when I enquired about this said there would be no charge), I received two phone calls whilst I was out of the country asking me when I would be collecting my car. I had already provided a time that I would be picking my car up in my enquiry email, when booking in and the first phone call.

Ease to get to the airport and was able to book a taxi through the accommodation provider to get to the airport.

It can be very loud with people checking in and out. You’ll hear everything. Especially in the front room. Till late at night. Bring earplugs.

There was a loud argument during the night which seriously disrupted our sleep before a very early flight out. The hotel staff should have removed these guests quickly rather than try to avoid that as they were being very aggressive and disruptive multiple times in the night. They need to be more direct dealing with this sort of behaviour going forward. Otherwise the staff were very good and helpful however.

The location was in a very convenient spot about 10 minutes away from Gatwick on local buses.

We had to print some things off for our flight, so we called the morning of our stay to ask if there is a printer we could use, they said yes. We arrived at 9pm at night only to be told the printer had no ink- with no time for other options. Additionally we booked this hotel as checkout time was at 11 which was perfect for our flight, however they told us when we arrived check out was actually at 10. Staff were great but clear issue with management.

Very close to the airport in a nice green area, there is a bus stop just a couple of minutes away that takes you to the terminals. Staff really kind with 24 h check in. The beds were very comfortable, the toilet and shower could have been better. Overall ithe experience was positive and I would recommended it if you need to stay for one night close to the airport.

The TV in our room living it's own life. It simply turned on without any reason until I unplugged it from power.

Excellent location. One bus stop from Gatwick Airport. The guest house located in the pleasant English countryside. Good choice if you need to stay for a night before an early flight from Gatwick

Doors could do with slower closers as a lot were left to slam in the night. Blackout blinds would be useful.

Very convenient for Gatwick - 5 min drive. Room was a good size for an overnight stop before a flight. Well supplied tea and coffee tray, microwave and fridge. Hair dryer on request. Pub 10 min walk away by the church. Owner was friendly and helpful. Exceellent price for a stop over so close to the airport.

It's an expensive 5 minute taxi ride ride from Gatwick because of the unloading charges at the airport or 40 min walk. But the price of the room with a genius discount is worth it.

The host was very sweet and helped with our onward travel arrangements. Also suggesting an excellent Indian restaurant nearby. The beds which overlooked the gardens were very comfortable and the room was quiet.

The wifi was unfortunately down while I was there and cellphone reception is poor.

I wouldn't stay there as a holiday, but as a place to sleep before an early flight, it was a perfect value-for-money spot. The staff is friendly, the mattress comfortable and the bedding spotless. I slept very well.

It's not so much as I didn't like, but more that we could have been informed that they were still setting up the business and there would be interruptions. But staff were reasonably apologetic throughout.

Excellent location, great staff, very helpful and friendly. Catered to my every need without complaints or delay. Directly next to the local bus stop, a saving of £17, taking the bus for the 4 minutes ride from the house to the airport, instead of a taxi.
