Great apartment which was everything we wanted and more and much bigger then we were expecting. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the castle etc. The free parking is a real bonus.

We loved our stay at this property- excellent communication prior, easy access and parking included. The location is brilliant in terms of visiting Windsor area with so many attractions close by. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed - making a great base for our three day visit. A highlight for us was the excellent communication and advice from Jack and Katie prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

There was nothing we did not like.

Location was just perfect. Literally 5-10 minute walk to town centre, river and Windsor Castle. Fabulous sit down chinese restaurant just around the corner. Property was easily found and just lovely.

The accommodation was 1st class, everything we needed, and clean , wish we had stayed longer ! Windsor and the castle was a 5 minuite walk away , with many places to eat ,would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to explore Windsor !!

Perfect location, quick stroll into town and close to the railway station for easy and quick access to London. Owners were very helpful and gave recommendations for where to go, eat and drink etc. great value for money and allocated parking was a bonus. The apartment was well furnished with everything you would need for a short getaway. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Didn't dislike anything but perhaps remind/prompt guests to switch on water heater (cupboard, bathroom) when arrive. Explain heating. Forgot earplugs, owner not responsible for this.

As older solo female traveller felt safe and comfortable, with mostly level routes to local amenities and good, regular transport links, 5-10 mins. walk from flat. (Be aware however flat on first floor). Dedicated Parking space for flat too. Presentation of flat was excellent and owner's nearby, responding speedily, respectfully and with kindness when needed. (Thank You). Plenty to see and do in Windsor and surrounding areas, without going into London (and you don't have to spend a fortune!) : walks; park; Castle; riverside and launch. Good shops (enjoy 'thrifting' too!) and food. Everything seems on smaller scale: a not-rushed, nice, family feel to day. Recommend Al Fassia,evening meal ; very good value and service from this family-run restaurant for a midweek evening meal meeting with family.

The apartment is well located. It is comfortable and with a simple but cozy decoration. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was SPARKLING clean. This is the kind of place that, when you open the door, you feel you are welcome.

Electric heating particularly managing it in the morning when you need to grab a quick shower and leave. Didn’t want to leave it on low all night as it would have been costly for hosts.

The only thing and it’s not a criticism, a small welcome pack would be a nice touch along with a map of the area. The couple of days we visited the information centre was closed.

Property was in a great location, perfectly placed to visit Windsor Castle being only a short walk away. It was clean and very comfortable, with everything you need to make it home from home, the free parking was definitely a bonus.

Fabulous location. Five minutes from all shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and Windsor Castle. Very cosy apartment with everything we needed. Very organised for both arrival and departure. Parking space invaluable. Love the tiny real Christmas tree. Would highly recommend.

An information book about the heating/appartment/wifi and local ammenities would be nice to have laying around. And be sure to tell people to get there basic shopping in if arriving late. In the bathroom maybe a handrack to hold onto stepping out the bath and a towel/floor mat. But seriously a great place

The location was fantastic and the price was great!! Free parking also a bonus. The owners gave us good information via the email and the flat was very comfortable and we would definately comeback here.

Nothing, everthing was great.

The accommodation is ideally located, quiet and yet very central. The location of the apartment is also great for a day trip to London. Communication with Jack was friendly and he could be reached very quickly. The information in advance was very helpful. Windsor and Eton are super nice and very English :)
