Booked a family room (with bunk beds) However when we went to our room there were no bunk beds!. After returning to reception and explaining Id spoken to someone at the time of booking and it should have been on the notes they moved us, kids were very happy (bunk beds were a treat as they don't have them at home). Thank you. No chairs in the room Room very warm even with the window open and fan on. I had to go and find out where the swimming pool was/ if we needed towels/money for lockers etc ..This could be mentioned on arrival, simple yet helpful customer service. One staff member on reception trying to deal with a number of book ins, customer queries about parking (logging your car details when you book in )

Family Room with the bunk beds (kids loved these) Swimming, this was fantastic - maybe an outside play area would be useful for children if you want to stay on site... Breakfast, quite expensive, good variety and you could sit where you wanted. Options for a child portion would be useful.

Hotel is marketed as a four star but inside it's a bit like a Travelodge in many ways. Overall, a bit dated and worn around the edges. There was also no temperature regulation which made sleeping difficult as the rooms were roasting, average temperature of 27 degrees indoors. Given the cost of a basic room per night, it's really not worth it and only gets away with such a hiked price because of the popularity of Blackpool/events they hold there.

Generally nice hotel, friendly staff and team who made the stay great. Facilities were ok, rooms were nice albeit a bit dated and bathroom had been renovated so decent shower.

No phones in the room and there was a couple absolutely kicking off trashing the room next to us and we realised nonphones in the room and we couldn't get hold of anyone in the reception area and it was pretty horrible experience. I realise this is not the hotels fault but to be able to get hold of a meet of staff would have been helpful. We did call off mobiles bit no answer so I did mention this in the morning to the lovely man on the desk who said they do walks so might have been dealing with it but they were not. Room ok , brekkie was nice but booked a table in the restaurant which wasn't table service so didn't stay as there was about 30 people in que so went into town to a lovely Italian.

    Breakfast was ok

Breakfast finished at 9.30 and the bar and grill didn’t start serving food at 10am as advertised and told me to on the desk but instead at 12. We therefore didn’t have any breakfast as we thought we could eat in the bar at 10. The lady in the bar (dyed pink hair) was very rude when she arrived into the bar more or less shouting at me ‘we aren’t open’

Lovely swimming pool and fitness facilities, good to have a Starbucks on site.
