Beware though no phone reception but very good WiFi signal. One of the receptionists in the morning was very dismissive and wasn't really paying attention to guests, as another couple also commented it's not great front of house advertising.

Good location, 10 mins taxi to Henley centre for the regatta. Lovely location. Beware though no phone reception but very good WiFi signal. We stayed on the separate block just a minute walk from the main hotel. Very good accommodation, spacious and clean.

Beds a little too firm, would have liked a topper.

I thought £200 was a lot for one night!

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The main building is nice, with a comfortable bar and a great breakfast.

No Air conditioning in the room … that would be a bonus although there were a couple of electric fans which helped but it was a very hot day and we struggled to keep cool whilst getting ready to go out for the evening.

Beautiful location close to Marlow and Henley, friendly staff, very clean room well equipped with nespresso coffee maker, iron/ironing board, safe deposit box, free WiFi, very comfortable bed, no bath but good shower! Nice buffet breakfast which we were able to have on the terrace outside as the weather was good! We had smashing little waiter I think called Antonio … more than helpful a credit to the establishment 😊

A beautiful place, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb and it all felt like a treat. Stayed during regatta week hence the high prices but accepting that we had a lovely weekend here.

Rooms were very clean, bathroom good, facilities in room coffee machine etc good, water bottles to refil as required very good idea. Lovely comfortable room. Breakfast included very good. Staff very friendly.

Bedroom was small for 2 people, clearly more used to single visitors. We were in a downstairs room with people walking literally outside your window - upstairs room would be better. Room was stiflingly hot (even with plug in air con). Prices were clearly increased for Henley Regatta.

Beautiful riverside location a couple of miles outside Henley (c4k walk through the fields or on a bus route). Parking on site. Modern bedrooms in an adjacent building set round a courtyard. Excellent breakfast. Evening bar open.

I can't think of any faults.

Very peaceful location being on the banks of the River Thames. The room was perfect, comfortable large bed, powerful shower and effective air con units. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice both cooked and Continental. The staff were all really friendly.
