We were on the -1 level, and there was a slight smell of sewage in our room. However, everything was very clean, very comfortable, and very modern! I recommend it; great value for the price.

Could benefit from a foldable tiny table to avoid eating in standing or in bed and a small bathroom carpet as the floor was really cold.

Good connection to city. Easy access to apartment. Private bathroom and a nice small kitchenet for preparing breakfast and a guick snack. Really liked our stay.

On arrival we had wished to have an early check in ,only to find out it would cost £10 per hour which would have been £30 , this was quite steep we thought. Otherwise our stay was absolutely lovely

The right window didn't lock, when we tried to lock it, it didn't quite sit in properly. The light in the kitchenette didn't turn off, and was quite bright. The road was a little loud, but that was fine, you expect that in a city. The room didn't have a safe, even though the listing said one would be provided.

Easy to follow instructions, nice and easy. Tidy and modern, with everything you'd need. Reasonably priced car park near by.

Well, sound isolation in some rooms is not good. You can hear a noise, coming outside from the road. The room is very small and the doors in the corridor are very close to each other, so you can hear everything. It is annoying a little bit if your neighbors return too late and make a noise

It was easy to access the hotel from the St. Pancras train station. Even in the beginning, it was a little bit complicated to make a self-check-in, but finally, it has been done. The room was tidy, with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. The area is not bad, with a Turkish supermarket and a Co-op in 3-5 min walking, so I could buy everything for breakfast. I recommend this small apart-hotel and will definitely to come again.

No elevator. Probably fine for people who travel light and are just in London for a few days but we had to carry three luggages up a few flights of stairs… Also quite difficult to find.

It smelled bad, we had to buy a candle, leaving the windows open wasn't enough. I would also say that sympathy was not a strong point, I only had one interaction with the house team, who came to inform us of the check-out time, who was super rude.

The location was great and the room was very beautiful and modern. We had coffee and tea waiting for us, I thought it was very sweet. Perfect check in without needing to find the owner. The kitchen helps a lot too.

The hotel gave an apartment like feeling, at some point, it felt as if I was in my own house. It was warm, clean, cozy and I particularly like that there was a smart TV in the room. Most hotels that I've been to recently didn't have smart TV in the rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel when next I'm London
