Lack of basics in the kitchen ie teabags, coffee sugar etc. Some toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel would have also been nice.

Only a few maintenance issues (broken lock on bathroom door; blind not working properly in top bedroom; tap in bathroom not fixed) and lack of wine glasses and cork screw. Otherwise well set up.

Great location in the very heart of Whitby, but still peaceful and tucked away. Big living room and kitchen and plenty of room in the two bedrooms we sated in. We’ll furnished and very clean.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but the sofa in the front room was broken by a previous person so i wouldn’t sit on it. It was a shame as the sofa was beautiful. It must also be a shame for the owners too. With it being a old building the floors are abit uneven but it’s totally expected in Whitby with its age.

It’s location was great and the property was lovely and spacious and very clean.

Very narrow staircases to bedrooms especially the loft room. I actually slipped and sprained ankle during the night whilst going down to bathroom.

There isn't much I could really much I could complain about, though we did all find the WiFi was rather slow to the point where we found ourselves relying more on data. Other than that, we still adored the place.

This place was very spacious and fantastic value for money. So close by and convenient. Very cosy and easy to settle down in.

the property was absolutely stunning it was very clean ,beds were like clouds, had every think you could possibly need situated in the best place Whitby was literally on our door step staff were also very friendly and we had our evening meal in the restaurant which was also just as amazing with friendly staff and very fair priced menu with great quality food will defo be back

There was nothing i didn't like about this property, I would stay again. The only thing I would say is the stairs to the bedrooms were very steep and tight and as I was with a couple of elderly they found it a struggle. But that is not a complaint it just needs to be stated when booking. We found a little complimentary tea ,sugar,coffee which was lovely as we had travelled nearly 4hours. Would have been great if there had been a pint of milk in the fridge. We did see a little shop over the road. A great find.

Smelly toilets when flushed - smelled like sewage! Would have been nice to have had some shower gels, some milk.
