The executive lounge is not spacious and both times we went we had to wait for the table

The executive lounge is a bit congested and need more space and little more variety of edibles. The staff is very good

The room was far too hot for sleeping and changing the room temperature made no difference. Tried to open the window which was extremely difficult. No receipt given.

No major issue- just minor gripe for us personally- there wasn’t enough toilet paper- as we were a group with 2 rooms

Very welcoming, very friendly staff, polite, quick check-in, parking (parking goes very quickly at the front-people had parked over the disabled bays without badges leaving no spaces for disabled badge holders-but security were very good at letting this people the use the coach drop off to park in which is right outside the front doors- but there is an extra car park around the rear(it is a one way system- so you do have to drive round the whole hotel to get back out(it is a big hotel! Has on site gym- which likes really good- didn’t get a chance to use it so can’t comment) very children friendly- lots of children and families as well as professionals- caters to all perfectly. Local to many attractions- we started here to be close by to get to Legoland, plenty of choices for food hotel (although we didn’t eat at the hotel simply because we were out exploring and ate out) and out locally (Slough High st- approx 10 mins drive with tons of shops). We did also get free curtesy parking on this occasion (not sure whether it’s something the hotel is offering currently or whether they randomly pick to offer this- as card details were taken initially when booking in for this) There was complimentary water and glasses in each room, towels, clean beds, clean bathroom, plenty of charging ports (loved the one built into the lamp!), decor is similar to what is shown in picture on website (we had the deluxe double, double beds- they aren’t huge but not tiny either- was just fine for our needs- there is a desk and chair, 2 comfy sofa seats and table, tv,ironing board and iron, safe, fridge, kettle with the usual condiments, bath is on the smaller side (fyi- one of our 2 rooms had an overhead shower over the bath while the other didn’t and one of our 2 rooms had little lamp lights on the headboard while the other didn’t- of these little things matter or are important to anyone)

I can't fault the hotel, really. It's just my stupidity as I only booked a double room with a small double bed. Doh!

We enjoyed this hotel as a sleepover before our early morning flight. So we didn't really get to use all the facilities.

I’m not a fan of showers in the bath, apart from not being very comfortable I feel it’s a trip hazard. It was a bit inconvenient to close the curtains as the furniture obstructed access

The bathroom got a really rusty paper holder, that was kinda disgusting, the tub wasn't that big so it was kinda uncomfortable to shower in it and the humidity that accumulates if you use warm water was so much that everything get damper if you don't keep open the door of the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and clean, and the room was big and clean. The chairs and the desk were really useful, and i found it really handy to have an easy to control air-conditioner

Probably could have done with more staff on the Saturday night when it was very busy and they had more venues opened but seemed to try to cope with the same amount of staff.

We would have liked a wider bed but that was due to our booking. It would help if Booking.com would have said what size double bed it is and if there had been the option of a Queen size bed we could have chosen that.

Friendly staff on reception and friendly service at breakfast, very convenient location, room allocated as per request with an accessible walk-in-shower, clean, parking on site, breakfast buffet was very good - great choices.

By far, all was fine. I love enjoying green tea. If there is more sugar packs, that might be better. As I'd personally like to add more sugar. Don't mind.

The location is very near airport (LHR). The facilities are excellent. View looks wonderful. Great room. I had no time and could not manage to enjoy breakfast.

It needs to be made clear to resident guests using the car park, to pay at reception, where a reduced rate is charged. My friend paid over 30% more than she needed to as the car park notices were not very clear.

The breakfast was very fresh, lots of choice and excellent service. Parking space was excellent and in easy reach of the reception. Staff were very professional and attentive.
