It was very noice in side and infront of the motel the staf of the bar gathered infront of the motel and thier discusion were very laoud which made me not sleep and when asked them with pkease , and please but the man started shouting

The shared toilet quickly deteriorated to an awful, unacceptable state. Too disgusting to use. Dragging suitcases from the nearest Tube stop and then up the stairs of the place was not fun, but part of the deal, I guess. We checked in late at a pretty raucous bar, but the staff was attentive and helpful, and the room was far enough from the bar that we weren't bothered by the noise from the bar.

The staff was very helpful. The morning staff member helped us leave our luggage in a safe place after check-out time while we picked up a rental car. Brava to her.

The place should be removed from booking.com I didn’t like the room. The rooms are not secure. The rooms are below basic. The furniture was falling apart. The fridge needed cleaned out. The carpets were worn, and the smell of stale smoke was evident, probably coming from the old carpets. You get what you pay for. Next time pay more & stay somewhere that’s not noisy until 2am in the morning.

loud music that thunderously played and caused the floorboards to rumble til 1.30 both Friday and Saturday night. Then other guests slamming the doors constantly with comings and going till 1.30 and then again at 6.30am. Random people knocking on our doors during the night asking for people!! Canabis filled the top floor with its stench, very limited sleep as a result of these issues. not the way we’d wanted to spend my daughters Birthday treat to London.

parking availability , beautiful old style pub , beds were comfortable. greeted by I’m presuming the female manager, couldn’t of been more friendly and helpful when asked for extra pillows or place to park etc. sorted our door keys out as well. An absolutely wonderful person, heart of the pub.

Hi, the management did not comply original booking, gave our booked room to another, we had to wait for another room to be available, not trustworthy, if you’ve travelled from afar and arrived and told your booked room was given to another you have to wait for one that will be made available, that’s ridiculous, something you don’t want to hear when you are very tired and want to relax your back. Not polite when responding to messages.

Furniture is quite old and has bugs in it. It was difficult to sleep.

There was no toilet in the en-suite bathroom (it was being repaired I believe) so it was quite a long trek to the nearest toilet, down the corridor and turn left (?), especially during the night. There was a lot of noise from the pub downstairs and even after the pub closed (1am?), noise continued from outside the pub. My friend and I both used earplugs which I do not feel comfortable using.

Check-in was ok and someone carried our luggage up to the room which was very helpful! The radiator was on in the room, the beds made up and a kettle, mugs and teabags were available for our use.

This entire property has only shared toilets/bathroom, but the property was not properly listed on Booking.com. I had booked a room for myself & my wife for 4 days on Booking.com & nowhere in my booking is it mentioned about the shared toilet/bathroom. Only after checking-in at the property did we realise that the property has only shared toilets/bathrooms. We tried all possible means to change the hotels by contacting Booking.com several times for hours to change our hotel as we were not comfortable with a shared toilets/ bathrooms as my wife has a medical condition but in all in vain. We were not assured of our refund & we were forced to continue our stay at HEATHROW STAY for all our four days. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOOKING.COM AS WE HAD TO PAY A PRICE FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Even Booking.com didn't know that the property has only shared toilets/bathrooms, it was we who brought it to their knowledge & when they crossed-check on the hotel website then only they realised that the property has only shared toilets/bathrooms. Hope BOOKING.COM lists their property's accurately so that customers like us do not go to such hardships.

Proximity to Hounslow East Station was the only advantage.

Despite having a no smoking policy our room stank of cigarettes and had a full bottle of beer on top of the wardrobe that had the top broken off.

Bed was too small for 2. Mattress very soft. Outside music noise until about 1 even though midweek.

Very near tube stop and Indian food outlets. Nice and warm in winter.
