They have triple beds, but it was pretty uncomfortable to get in and out. They didn’t have a locker, which for a hostel is very inconvenient.

The shower inside the room wasn't working. There was another shower to use downstairs but it was a bit dirty and you had to wait for everybody else

Nice location, the bed was comfortable, the room was bigger than expected and I had the luck of having non-smelly, quiet roomates :)

Rooms seem quite ad hoc. The mattress is fairly uncomfortable and the ladders for the bunkbeds are weirdly small. Room could use better ventilation, beds could use curtains, lack of smaller light sources for individual use. Absence of in room storage somewhat annoying despite alternatives provided.

Really friendly staff. Decent amenities. Good location for price. Appreciated alternative access with regard to the security mobile app.

The bunk bed was on 3 rd , that climb was bit scary . And there weren’t t any hooks or small racks / shelf’s in room to put your bag or jackets in . It’s tricky when your bed is soo up , u can’t keep everything on bedside either .

It’s close to city centre, direct bus from airport and very easy to navigate to . Clean kitchen facilities and bathroom. Female only dorm was safe too . Staff was helpful and kind .

entrance/reception is cramped and kitchen not really big enough as it has to double for social space too. Bigger fridge is needed and instructions for the coffee maker as this puzzled many guests. A freezer and toaster would be useful and also a system for dating foodstuffs. Kitchen chairs are already showing signs of wear and one is broken so maybe a rethink would be good - sturdier and a more serviceable colour. In the rooms there are as yet no lockers and there needs to be a personal light and charging point for each bed. Many of the above may already be in the pipeline of course but I can only comment on how it was on my visit and reiterate that it is still a very new endeavour and hopefully open to suggestions. I would be happy to revisit but only for a night or two.

location was excellent and staff were lovely at all times. I wondered whether the phone app entry system would be challenging but in fact it was straightforward. This is still a new hostel and finding it's way. With a few tweaks it could be very good indeed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The designated baggage area was much appreciated. Good value for money but better suited to short stays.

The room was very small, the bunk bed is not anchored in the wall, meaning that every time someone would get into bed or move around the whole thing would move and shake which wasn’t the best. The bathroom wasn’t the best either, the floor was cracked and was just covered with some tape, and the toilet seat was broken.

    Good location, easy to access.

There is ZERO space for our luggage. Everyone placed it on the floor and even then, how can 9 people use the limited floor for belongings? It’s clear if they cared about the well-being and comfort of their customers they need to remove one bunk bed and insert lockers. Also the young Indian male staff walked in on a female dorm room at 11:30pm and loudly asked if he could turn on the light. We were sleeping. Not long after he came in with 2 girls who were checking in late and turned on the light. It was almost midnight. That was annoying. You also have to install an app to use Bluetooth door unlocking system.

I have such a mixed review on this hostel. First of all the staff, older owner was lovely and so was the young African worker. The young Indian worker, not so much (mentioning ethnicity so staff don’t get mistaken). The shower/ bathroom is really nice and with just £2 you get a fresh towel everyday. Wifi was fast, and mattress was comfy. Also the place felt clean. The kitchen has biscoff and tea and coffee which is nice. No stove though.

Currently, there are no lockers but I believe that this will be rectified shortly

Good value for money and has everything you need. By far the cheapest option during the time of my stay. Nice and helpful staff. Close to old town. Close to the airport 100 bus and Haymarket train station. Good food options around the hostel. The hostel was clean and felt safe. Stayed in a female only room with 3 x bunks with 3 beds on each bunk. The room had a private bathroom with extra bathrooms on the ground floor, if needed. The common room is large and has a coffee machine, microwave, fridge and sink.

The bars stopping you falling out of bed are dangerous. Way more than needed and climbing out of bed is dangerous. I moved to a bottom bunk because of it. A bigger fridge is needed.

Good location for buses and tram. Staff were pleasant. Comfy bed and good shower.

There are many little things that would make the place better Currently There are no lockers The Bluetooth key system may become great but was a little cumbersome The kitchen has a lot of potential but needs a few tweaks (ie: bigger fridge) Lights and outlets in the rooms need improvement While the rooms feel overcrowded these little changes would go a long way to making the place comfortable

It's a new hostel with a lot of potential

The reception is sometimes unstaffed. On my last da I had to wait from ~9 to shortly before 10 am that somebody was present to check out. Room 9 has no window to open so the stench of 12 sweaty people and drying cloths and towels is very stagnant and taste able.

It is a very well situated location. you can get anywhere reasonably fast and grocery shopping and pubs are nearby as well. It was decently clean and the staff friendly.

The hallway was not the cleanest, when I arrived sweet papers on the floor and stuff, probably from other guests.

The people working there were wonderful and kind to me, except the cleaning person who took my pillowcase of my pillow and switched my bed around. Since moment there, I thought.
