Bathroom door didn't lock which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some visitors.

Spacious, well equipped and very comfortable apartment which is ideally located between Llandudno and Conwy and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Despite being right opposite train station it was very quiet. Cocktail bar just up the road and Paysanne restaurant next door, both recommended.

The two sofas in the living room were a bit uncomfortable and rather low (rather difficult for 2 old ladies to get up!)

Location was brilliant. Great view, quiet free parking easy to get to Conwy, Llandudno etc. Beds were really comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. The owner had left tea, coffee, milk biscuits etc.

Only downside for us was approach to the flat. Dark alleyway with litter didn't create a good first impression but lovely once inside.

Very cosy, comfortable and well equipped inside.

The access to the property was a bit awkward. There were metal steps leading up to the property. Something like a fire escape structure. I didn’t realise this when booking to apartment . I took my 87 year old father with me for a short break . We had to help him up and down the steps which we managed very slowly.

The apartment was amazing.. very clean and tidy.. the bed was so comfortable.

Unfortunately as there weren't any instructions left we were unable to use some equipment. The outdoor steps were a surprise and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or who couldn't lift luggage.

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location, so close to a station. Don't need a car. Very welcoming with flowers and items for making tea - even Welsh cakes provided!

The entrance to the apartment was around the back and up some very steep metal steps, which were very scary. The path around the back of the a was very dark in the evening. Also no outside space to sit outside. Bathroom also downstairs, away from bedrooms.

Fabulous location with outstanding views of Conway castle

Nothing. Everything was ideal and we were sad to leave.

Beautiful house, spacious with excellent amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, TV with Amazon Fire Stick, board games and beautiful bedrooms. The views were lovely, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, enough privacy as a couple of friends travelling together as the bedrooms are separate and bathroom is downstairs. Host sent clear messages with access instructions and left some lovely biscuits out for us! Cannot fault this property. The price of all this for 3 nights was outstanding!

I hadn’t realised how far the bathroom was from the bedrooms or how steep the stairs were up to the door but we just managed. We could have done with more traditional instructions on how to use things like the tv and microwave.I never managed the microwave!

We loved the view over the river and how you could sit and see the view from both floors. Also we had helpful advice about parking and by day 2 we were parking free of charge.

It’s not that I didn’t like the entrance stairs - I’d just give a warning that they would probably not be ideal for very young children or anyone with mobility difficulties.

Really lovely apartment - very clean, fresh and airy. Faboulous views across the estuary and all amenities, parking and alternative (to car) transport in easy reach. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area. I’ve already recommended it to family and friends.

This is more an observation comment rather than dislikes. Not being too mobile my partner and I found the metal stairs a bit tricky, especially when wet. The shower, being in the bath was also tricky and could do with a grab handle to get in and out of. Also with the bathroom and toilet on the lower floor there was a bit of up and down the stairs for ablutions from the bedrooms. Finally, getting access past the bins was awkward in the alleyway access.

There was tea, milk, chocolate biscuits, Welsh cakes all waiting for us. Towels and fresh bedding all provided. The views out of the lounge and front bedroom windows are excellent. There are games, books and even a tablet all there to use as well as maps and guides to local attractions. The bus stops to either Conwy or Llandudno were right outside and the train station just behind those. Lovely walks along the estuary just across the road. There is a lovely cafe at the front of the accommodation with nice coffee and homemade cakes. All in all we had a lovely few days.

Im not usually one to critise, but we thought the access was poor and actually quite grotty. My partner even snagged his nice coat on some Bramble bushes round the back of the property and is very annoyed about that. Then there were some steep metal stairs which were quite slippy in wet weather. The dishwasher was out of order and the shower was just a dribble so very difficult to get shampoo out of yr hair.

Lovely views and a great location for walks to Conwy or Llandudno, of which we did both. Also easy access to the train, we found that very handy too. Bed was very comfortable

Quirky little apartment by the River Conwy.

Building hard to find, especially in the dark. Need number as well as road. Better geographical info or map so that it is easy to find the entrance, which is unmarked down an alley to the left of a restaurant. Sat nav coordinates are not enough. After a long drive it was time consuming and stressful to initially find and access the building, but the vendor responded promptly to a phone call and gave directions. No washing machine. Address of nearest launderette might be helpful. More written info on parking would be useful especially in the busy summer season and during the holidays when it is more difficult to find parking. We managed to park for free because we came in the low season.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and amazing views of the Conwy River estuary from the sitting room and front bedroom. Even the back of the house had a view of the yellow gorse bank. The location is in the heart of Deganwy near a cafe and a restaurant and a short walk from the promenade next to the river. The apartment is warm and cosy in a shabby chic style reminiscent of the past, where sailing motifs appeared in many of the rooms. The smaller bedroom was decorated in a style with more than a nod to the fashionable gentleman about town, from the 1950s early 1960s. The small double bed in this room was comfortable but not really big enough for two large occupants, though fine for one. The larger bedroom had a big comfortable double bed, big enough for two. The addition of a table and two chairs by this bedroom window offered superb views whilst having a morning cuppa before breakfast or a late evening drink before bed. The clean kitchen was well equipped and fine for our needs. The bathroom was plain but adequate. As the building was on several floors with steep fire escape steps to enter and a steep internal staircase, I would not recommend for very young children or people with infirmities or mobility problems. If the steps are not an issue for you then this quirky little property is a good find, value for money and great fun. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this to a friend and would stay here again.

On the website you need a picture of the entrance stairs to the apartment as this wouldn't be suitable for some guests. The entrance was really narrow and could do with a spruce up. Wasn't signposted on the street as the entrance was at the back in an alley and its in Deganwy not Conwy Couldn't turn the heating off and it was very hot in the kitchen/living room Should make it clear parking is on a first come first served basis and is free from 5pm to 8am. Otherwise you can only park outside the premises on the street for 1 hour. No instructions for the coffee machine/TV of how to use. Bathroom door doesn't shut. Too much clutter in the living room and this would hinder cleaning. Most of the above has been fed back before and it looks like no action has been taken.

Apartment had everything you needed. Good location. Last minute booking so was relatively cheap.
