As mentioned above a very minor issue was finding a suitable place to plug the kettle in.

Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. Room and ensuite were immaculate. Beds very comfy. Room was small but had everything we needed and had the benefit of a beautiful view. Only small issue was we had to plug the kettle in on the floor. Where the complimentary tray was initially we could not find a socket. Location perfect and would definitely recommend and return

My toilet wasn't en suite so it was a bit of a trek to the toilet in the middle of the night!

The full English was perfect every morning. Everything was spotless & the owners were lovely!

I had no problems parking but it was on street.

The room was comfortable, well decorated, and very well cleaned. The breakfast was well cooked and presented. Owners were welcoming and very sociable. This was a very pleasant stay.

Harvington House is in a fabulous location 5 mins from the centre of Keswick. Its immaculately clean. The hosts can't do enough for you. Breakfast is amazing. Graham is a fountain of knowledge and gives advice on walks and is really interested on your plans for the day.

Our room, number 2, was fine for two people, but we noticed that the other rooms were quite small (but bright, perfectly clean and well organized).

Our cheerful, friendly and charming hosts, Gina and Graham were wonderful! They were willing to help out in every way and were a fountain of knowledge about the area. The full English breakfast was delicious. Our room was spotlessly clean and very efficiently arranged. The location was excellent and allowed us four full days of fun activities without a car.

Gosh, everything is great! The view from the room was stunning, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was well laid out, the whole room was small but very well arranged and had all the features we need. Gina's breakfast was perfect and we become big mushroom fans 🍄

I loved everything about the place. Especially Graham, I could tell, just a genuine nice person. In the day of age of really awful & disingenuous airbnbs, this traditional B & B breakfast was absolutely wonderful. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Experience of a 5 star hotel in the comfort and familiarity of home.

Graham and Gina were perfect hosts,so helpful and friendly .The weekend was a special treat for my young daughter and boyfriend, they looked after them and guided them to be able to enjoy beautiful Keswick like I have for years.

I loved this accommodation! It is so clean, really cute and in a perfect position. The breakfast was delicious Graham and Gina are a lovely couple and great host so friendly.
