Very comfortable B&B in a great location with a great breakfast and Graham and Gina made us feel very welcome. Graham has an amazing knowledge of the Lakes District and was vey helpful with suggestions on great walks.

One thing that would have been useful...a fridge in the room. But I understand they all take energy and space.

I loved the sound of silence whilst drifting off at night. It was very peaceful and great value for money. The staff were very friendly . The breakfast was plentiful . It is tucked away on a quiet road, yet only 5 minutes from the town centre.

Truly - there wasn't anything. Only that it's so far away from London that we can't come back more often.

The breakfast was delicious - lots of different offerings available, all of which exceeded our expectations. We knew we could count on it to help get us ready for the day.

I had an excellent stay at the Harvington House. The room was extremely clean and had all you needed, the location was great and the breakfast was excellent. The hosts were so nice and welcoming and provided loads of helpful information about places to eat, hikes nearby and things to see. Can't recommend this place enough!

Only tiny issue is that the double room was a little small, but glad it had an en-suite.

What a really lovely guest house! The accommodation was spotlessly clean with lovely decor, it was very warm and cosy. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, the eggs and bacon were so tasty- most of all the hosts Gina and Graham were so kind and helpful. Amazing! Thankyou for my lovely time.

Gina & Graham were incredible hosts. Graham took so much time to help me find trails for my runs, he was happy to give up his time to pour over the maps with me and share such great local knowledge. The breakfasts were lovely, home-cooked and nice space to chat with other travelers. Very central location but quiet, and sweet, clean, and comfortable room. Will definitely stay there again if I get to visit Keswick again.

Harvington House is a warm, friendly, clean and excellently located establishment. The hosts Graham and Gina have thought of everything one could need. Excellent breakfasts and knowledge of the area. 10/10!

The single rooms are not en suite however there is a sink in the bedroom and the bathroom is only a few steps away so it really wasn’t an issue.

Second time staying at Harrington House. Wonderful welcoming hosts. Graham has extensive local knowledge and Gina cooks up a delicious breakfast. Comfortable well equipped room and as a solo traveller I felt at ease and at home.

Double bedroom on top floor was a little tight on getting out, especially in the middle of the night. Fine with us but some might struggle.

Fantastic location, everywhere was lovely and clean, comfortable bed, good shower /toiletries and fantastic hosts. Graham had so much useful information and Gina served up the best breakfast 🍳.
