Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Location was fab. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of extras. Bread ,milk, eggs nearly everything you would need, condiments. Heating not on but Clare helped us to sort it very quickly. Beds high, took my mum. She could not climb onto bed but there was a wooden box which was ideal

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. It had everything you needed and more. It is spacious, comfortable and lots of attention to detail to make it an extra special home from home. And to top it off the location is fantastic. The host is always at hand should you need anything. This would be our number one choice next time we visit Newquay.

United KingdomThe blinds were broken in the kitchen, so we lacked some privacy. Otherwise, all the other things pending repair (door, toilet seat & bath plug) didn't cause any issues, just mild inconvenience.
The location was perfect, near the harbour, beaches and shops. The apartment was lovely and clean, and we had everything we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The little garden was a bonus with lots of birds and kept it from being overlooked. Overall, we are very happy with our stay, and the little welcome goods were greatly received.

United KingdomNothing to not like. It would be nice to have a bird seed feeder in the garden as there were lots of little birds but it was impossible to feed them because the seagulls took everything.
Having rwo en suite bathrooms was brilliant. Nice to have a garden and small patio area. The apartment was clean and there was everything we needed.

United KingdomBeds very comfortable, however a little high, maybe an issue for someone shorter. Allocated parking bay on corner, concerned our car would be hit, need to park tight to kirb.
The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Close to Fistral, Harbour and Town centre, loved the location. Lovely decor, a home from home. The enclosed garden a bonus for our dogs.

It was set in a beautiful location and the landscape was amazing. Everything was in good condition and easy to use. We had a lovely time there; it was not far from our favourite beach. We highly recommend Harvest Moon and we are hoping to go back there next year.
