Parking was horrendous. Fridge not working properly with no freezer facilities. Two of the bar stools were in a dangerous state and we had to use an allen key to tighten up the screws. Did not expect more steps to access outside space.

There was black mould all over the walls and the top of the blind, around the window in the main bedroom. This was a bit off putting. The holder for the shower head was broken, but luckily there’s a second shower head. The main entrance door could do with some WD40. It was very squeaky and could be heard throughout the apartment. There wasn’t really any parking outside the property like advertised on the property listing, just a couple of spaces (including a disabled spot) on the side of the road. There’s harbour parking that requires a permit, but luckily there is a small car park 100 yards or so with about 10-15 spaces that’s free. It was quite busy but we were lucky and managed to get spaces as people were leaving. There’s also pay and display just around the corner so it wouldn’t be the end of the world if it was full.

Good location on the harbour, with nice views from the front window. Spacious apartment with good furnishings and a range of kitchen equipment. Liked the self check in. Smart TV was good. Nice and warm. Close the the town with a restaurant, two pubs and an Indian takeaway extremely close.

The steps. Although clean and tidy a few things could do with an update. The window in the main bedroom is cracked, the board below the dishwasher is loose and the bathroom needs repainting.

Appartment was comfortable but looks as if it needs a little refit in places. The bed and bedding could have been more comfortable, felt a bit flimsy and insubstantial.

Good size two bedroom appartment. Great location on the harbour, fabulous views of the mountains, close proximity to the Ffestiniog Railway. Close to little bars and cafes, good parking outside.

Not a problem for our family group but the 31 steps up to the property may be a concern for some fam.

Difficult to find. Despite the detailed instructions, the location is not well identified (no address on door facing the stairs).

Nothing really. Just one thing to note is that there are quite a lot of high steps to get to the flat entrance which may not be suitable for some people.

Some of instructions could be clearer - eg put linen in bag outside by 9am for covid - no bag and why still covid; put rubbish in courtyard - finally found separate small sign giving code for padlock on courtyard, on back of front door - why not put code as part of instructions on rubbish?

The steps were a little difficult when moving belongings from the car!

The apartment was comfortable and the view over the harbour was lovely. It was also spotlessly clean. Useful information was provided regarding the apartment - and also about the surrounding areas and places of interest.

No code for yard to put rubbish in bins was locked shut by other residents

Location, ease of access, parking and the property itself, exceeding our expectations would stay again and recommend to friends

Steps. Lack of lighting in the area. Though I was warned the windows would be replaced while I was there, the world and his wife seemed to show up too. Gas board the noisiest among them. Probably didn't help I visited in January.

The only downside was the 31 steps up to apartment bit of an effort with the bags but hey I'm 70 with arthritis so if you've no such problems go for it it's worth it

Lovely apartment in a superb location with great views reasonable cost the wifi was really good central heating good what more can you ask for and yes loads of pubs and restaurants and attractions nearby

Steps up to the property would make it impossible for disabled guests to access the apartment. On saying that, we are able bodied and the height only added to the spectacular views of the harbour.

Beautiful views of the harbour, Very comfortable property with excellent facilities. e.g. TV in both bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, easy parking just outside the property.
