We stayed upstairs, on the last floor, and the wifi was pretty slow, as the router is on the first floor. We didn't have a plug adapter, so the single option to charge the phone was a 2V usb port. And the cleanliness of the kitchen could be better.

Nice apartment with a good location. Close to the bus station. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook something. Pretty good for the price.

The room could be more clean - kitchen cupboards were very dirty inside. One of the cupboard contains a washing maschine, which does not work anymore (inside were wet clothing left)..

There isn’t anything I didn’t like as such, because I wasn’t expecting the Hilton and I’m happy to have had a good experience. The only thing is maybe that the bathroom smelt a bit funny and the shower looked like it needed a ‘deep clean’. It didn’t bother me but it might some people. The curtains do let light in around the sides, so I used my eye mask. I would have preferred having a WiFI code rather than going down to the living room and scanning the code on the back of the router. When I was tired I just wanted to go to bed rather than interact with anyone who might be in the living room so I ended up not using the WiFi for a day or so. Also, there were good features about the room which I wasn’t aware of for a couple of days. For example, there was a remote control in the room, but I didn’t know it worked to dim / change / turn off the lights until a couple of days after I arrived. There was also a plastic storage box under the bed which would have been good to store my clothes but I didn’t see it until I was checking out. So, I recommend exploring your room for nice things you might not have noticed 😊

It was really quiet. The room smelt wonderful and it was decorated in a ‘homely’ manner, which made me feel at home. The location was good. There is a LIDL supermarket just a few minutes away which was very handy. The Thameslink train to Kings Cross was about 10 minutes away on foot and very convenient. The house was very close to a bus stop with multiple busses heading towards town (albeit I had to change a couple of times, but I think that’s just London). I arrived early but I was allowed to check-in early. The communication through Whatsapp during my stay was excellent, fast and friendly.

The bathroom on the lower floor was not cleaned. The fact that the other guest are not verified does not make me feel safe since the staff is not onsite.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom looked lovely, nicely decorated. The communal space is lovely too. The kitchen was nice, very practical.

Beautiful room, secure, cosy and homely. The house was quiet and it was such a beauty. Easy parking outside too. Loved the small details. Mina and Amin were on hand to answer any queries and also let us check out an hour later upon requesting. Super accommodating and friendly.

Very professional and friendly staff who were very helpful and informative. The room was perfect and brilliant to have a kitchen and living room. Very quite location and ideal for the Wembley area. Nice welcome pack in room.

It is quite far from the city center, by bus it takes around an hour. The room was a bit cold so we needed an extra heater. There are other rooms with other guests who can make noises during the night.

The place is very nice, clean and comfortable. The stuff was super helpful. The area is quite and there are different shops nearby. There is common area to have a chat and great time wiht others at the location.
