Although the staff were pleasant- there was a large language barrier- when asking for white wine I was offered white vodka - and in general asking any questions was pointless

No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor, however, the staff helped me with my luggage so I can’t really complain. Thank you One thing that was a slightly concerning was there was no lock on the luggage room door and no luggage tags given when storing the luggage. I had valuables in my bag that I needed to leave there and I felt a little uncomfortable leaving them there when no-one was checking which bags were being taken out.

Tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Lots of stairs, no lift. Breakfast a bit basic but at £10 reasonable compared to some.

Friendly reception staff. Very clean. Reasonable price for single room in that area. Nice location, handy for victoria coach station . Good shower.

Could be cleaned better. A bit dusty and one corner of the shower had strange spots. Not enough room to hang clothes and lack of shelves/vertical spaces. I traveled with only one small bag and didn’t have enough room to fit my things.

The single room is extremely tiny. Was ok for one night, and was expected, but its really very very small. Also no lift, as other mentioned, was not a problem for me, but if you have luggage, keep in mind.

Our family somehow missed eggs and fresh vegetables for breakfast. The buffet was fine, but some eggs and bacon would have made it so much more.

I loved the decor and the finishings of the room we stayed in. It was clean and chic, exactly what you hope to find during a stay away from home. The location was good, not too far from public transport.

The TV in the room was quite slow and underneath the beds wasn’t the cleanest ( we only realised this after dropping something under it ). The room could also use an extra plug beside the bed as we booked a 3 person room and there was only 2 plugs. (This is only a small thing as there were other plugs in the rooms)

The beds were the most comfortable beds ever and the hotel room was a pretty good size ( we expected it to be a lot smaller based on other reviews). Having the AC in the room was super nice as we found it quite warm. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed the overall decor of the hotel. The check in being at 1:30 was also very nice as many of the other hotels we looked at had check in at/after 3pm. The location was very convenient only about a 10 min walk from the Victoria Underground.

No elevator and my room was at the top 4th floor, had those “Emily in Paris” apartment vibes, also the walls are quit thin and you can hear neighbors slamming doors during the night.

No elevator but that’s usually the case for small boutique hotels. They do offer to bring your luggage up. Also I had not realized how small the room would be for the Deluxe single room. It’s tiny. If you can disregard this, the room is still quite comfy and clean. The walls are a bit thin, as I could hear my neighbours. Just minor things, nothing alarming.

The location is great, right by Victoria station. It is a very simple, clean hotel, perfect for a solo traveller. I booked their Deluxe single room, the bathroom was clean and renovated. The room although tiny was functional and clean as well.
