Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices ranging from the classic English breakfast to eggs benedict. Coffee and tea service was quick and delicious too!

Needed a little TLC as paint was peeling in places. Three flights of stairs to get to our room. Room was very warm although to be fair a large fan was provided.

Carpets need good cleaning or to be replaced. They are very dirty. Construction noise at Olympia at times unbearable.

We had a room on the top floor. The room was extremely warm. They gave us a fan but it only worked on highest setting so was very loud. The ceiling had plaster peeling away and was quite dusty in places. Breakfast was ok but was missing hashbrowns!!

the shower was difficult to figure out. there was a spider in our bed the first night!! the carpet and paint looks a little "tired" but we were told there is a big renovation in the works, so hopefully that will spruce it up

liked the breakfast options, bottled water/coffee in room. great location and the staff were awesome. we liked having the extra sitting area to relax after walking 20,000 steps!

Managed to book this last minute for a poorly planned London marathon weekend for a group of 4. They were very accommodating with breakfast request, needed an early one as had to cross London for start line early , they provided an excellent pre packed brekkie the night before Would stay again for a London trip

The bathroom had black mould on the walls it wasn’t dirty it just seemed to need a good old scrub with some bleach and mould remover! The light in the bathroom was flickering constantly too. We also found a jumper in the wardrobe from the previous customers!

The staff were very friendly in check in and when we used the bar/restaurant.

There was no hot water. But other than that i do not have something bad to say. It was very nice!

First of all i have to talk about the people of the hotel who were A M A Z I N G. They were so ready to help in all situations!! Very friendly!! Also the breakfast was very nice! Simple but nice warm and enjoyable! The wifi was very good also! And even though there was the pub downstairs it wasn't loud! We liked the place!

Convenience for Olympia Friendly Staff & great breakfast

The downside of the location is that if you get a front facing room overlooking the station, be prepared to be disturbed by the noise from the trains and street below. I didn’t have earplugs with me so only got a few hours sleep. There was a bit of a humidity issue in my room since the A/C for the bathroom was off, when I turned it on I realised why, it made such a racket, and was covered in a thick layer of dust. There were a few stains here and there, kettle needed descaling, some black mould on the window cills, a bit starting to show up on the bath sealant, a fly squashed on the bathroom wall. I didn’t try the continental breakfast items because they were swarming with flies. I alerted staff to the fact one crawled into the fruit juice jug which had dead flies in it, they immediately changed it. They need to sort the A/C and fleas situation because come summer that could be a serious infestation.

The best thing about the room was the location directly opposite Kensington Olympia station, also very convenient for the exhibition centre. The bath tub was a decent size, it was nice to have a soak and the rain shower was good too. A variety of teas and coffees provided in the room plus mineral water and beer in the mini fridge. There was a Vegan option for the cooked breakfast. Reception held onto my travel bag post check-out so I could spend time in the area without being weighed down.
