We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

A modern and very clean property with very friendly staff. It had everything that you could want from a hotel (nice bedrooms/bathrooms, good WiFi, electric vehicle charging facilities, nice food and drink along with a decent fitness centre) all for a very reasonable price.

From the moment we entered, Staff very friendly and helpful facilities too were excellent. Plugs situated where needed for hairdryer etc bed comfortable. Bathroom beautiful and great varied breakfast.

United KingdomDidn’t like the reception area also being an extension of the bar drinking area. Not the best first impression when you enter the hotel to have loud drinkers in the foyer area. Breakfast (at 9am) was okay but some things not replenished. Buffet area a bit messy and wasn’t attended to all the while we used it. Also last time we stayed here I think the car parking was free? Now £7 overnight. Not a fortune to be fair.

United KingdomRun out of glasses and orange juice at breakfast at 9:30am while we was their we didn’t see staff restock it, had to move dirty plates from table before we could sit from last occupancy and clean table. Some of the other guest was rude and leaned over myself and husband while we was getting food for breakfast instead of waiting. Overall can’t fault the the hotel and reception staff.

We only had sausage and mushroom for our breakfast as everything else was empty and no new trays came out in 10 mins

United KingdomThere isn't anything I don't like about this hotel, its my favourite place to relax in when a hotel is needed.
As usual I had a lovely stay in one of my favourite hotels ever! It smells beautiful, crisp , white bed linen with gorgeous products to use in the bathroom with big fluffy white towels. The lady who checked me in was chatty, polite and efficient. She had a lovely way about her which was very friendly. The breakfast was OK, probably not my favourite meal of the day, but it was hot and fresh with plenty of choice available.
