Location was not brilliant and no parking facilities.

Staff were pleasant and with the breakfast included in the price it was great value for money!

Air con not great so woke up warm and couldn't cool the room down. Hairdryer didn't work Ran out of eggs by 9.15am (breakfast finishes at 9.30)

Very comfortable room and bed. Easy quick check in. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location. Later check out than usual (12 noon)

How busy it was going to breakfast at 9am on a Saturday. Seating was limited and some products/cutlery had run out already, meaning there was a wait for coffee/cutlery etc

The location i have to get a short ride in the bus to get to center if you have visitor you have to go down to let him in upstairs even if you rang them i left my big shampoo i rang then and them they throw in the bin already should keep it for a certain time before putting in the bin not every item has a value small or big one of the staff said they do not have an ice but i had it previously from other staff . The bath floor is flooding when you had shower the should just put a glass or a divider

Everything was great, if I had to find a fault - there wasnt a great variety of pastries at breakfast, but there was plenty of other stuff to choose from which made up for it (cooked meats, eggs, and hashbrowns, fruits, and even waffles).

For the price I cannot argue. It was a comfortable stay and I have no complaints. Located right by St Pauls tram stop, and a stones throw away from St Pauls Cathedral where you can find nice bars and restaurants, all made it a delightful stay. We did not intend to stay in the hotel much so we wanted to find somewhere cheap and clean. The Hampton was exactly that. The time we did spend in the hotel, we enjoyed and felt comfortable

Tv didn’t work I tried numerous times and just couldn’t get it to work. I didn’t like the lock on the door didn’t feel secure. I could hear next door go in the bathroom and realised there was a door between us so felt abit on edge about it.

Location was perfect for where I had to go. Room was big and spacious. Didn’t hear any noise so was nice and peaceful.

Toilet sleeper were not provided, it was very difficult to go and come with bare feet. Simple one or two bottle of water not provided. Just increase your little price but don’t avoid some basic needs of room.

The hotel Staff lady was quite rude

Clean room. Iron hairdryer and wash products provided. Nice towels and shower we stayed for a gig in asylum so it is close by. Must try is Lassan Indian within walking distance. Trains are 10 minute walk. Not much around the hotel but a short taxi gets you were you need to go

Our room was next door to our friends booking and both rooms only had a tiny strip window the wouldn't open, thus making it difficult when the room was too hot upon arrival. However, the staff were more than helpful in turning the room temperature down and providing fans for us. Our room (131) had the fire door arm cover break off when we opened the door with the screws becoming loose one of them coming out, making our door a little bit faulty, it was reported to maintenance but not fixed during our stay however this didn't cause any major issues.

Room was clean with a comfy bed and breakfast included (even if we didn't make it haha!). Staff were happy to help.

The fitness centre had equipment that didn't work that was the only disappointing thing.

Breakfast was lovely with a great selection. The room was in a perfect and quiet spot.
