We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only problem was the bathroom. Definitely need an upgrade and some damp proofing black mould on the ceiling, rusty hand rail. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned black hair and dust, shower hose just dirty. Needs proper clean. We would stay again and if cleaned properly i would recommend to others.
We had a great stay the facilities are perfect you have everything you need in there. Great location, comfy bed. Smart tv with access to netflix etc. Fully equipped kitchen. We were welcomed with box of biscuits and some wine and merry Christmas card - very nice touch. Thank you

United KingdomDidn't have any WIFI. Reception for my 4g phone was non existent, although my partner has a 5g phone and could get internet but very slow. Saying that the whole area has very poor reception for mobile internet. Also had no signal from EE but my partners phone received signal on Tesco mobile. remote for the dvd player the batteries were dead. One of the bedside lamps did not work (not the fuse). There is a garage with the owners stuff in it. The doors are warped and the lock is broken on them. I parked my car in front of them. While we were there storm betty was blowing 70 mph winds, it blew the door open and when i got up it was jammed open against the front bumper of my car. Luckily there was no damage and I had to get a great big rock from the front garden to put against it to stop it doing it again. So do not park near the garage. Bathroom ceiling was badly affected by mould above the bath and had spiders webs with daddy long legs on ceiling.
the property was just what we needed. Plenty hot water. bath. Cooking facilities were very good. Fresh milk left for us in fridge. Comfy bed and large television although not HD.

United KingdomI can’t really think of anything. The weather could have been better, but I can’t blame the hosts for that!
The Annexe was well appointed and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very nice garden at the back of the property. Although it is not a bed and breakfast, the hosts made sure there was fresh milk in the fridge with tea and coffee available. Situated right on the edge of the village, with the fish and chip shop about 100 yards away. The village is very picturesque. Make sure you make a trip to the RNLI station and the local pub, all within walking distance. Would definitely come back.

United KingdomThe property was very clean, kitchen and bathroom were spotless which was fantastic BUT around the ceiling and in many of the corners and nooks and crannies there were spider webs and spiders which was a definite issue for my daughter! I realise this seems a bit nit picky but it did mean that I had to be on 'spider hoovering duty' during our stay! That said we would still stay there again!
The location was excellent! Right in the heart of our favourite village of Moelfre, on Anglesey. We were able to park on the drive and easily access the property and it was the idea base for our short holiday exploring Anglesey.

United KingdomRug in lounge. Sofa not particularly homely. Suggest re-configuration of lounge, to be able to see out of windows ie garden. Felt like the setting was in the wring place. The telly remote tricky, not sure if needs new batteries? The CD player didn't work.
Location and amenities, beach close by just breathtaking. Garden area lovely. Tea, coffee, biscuits washing up liquid etc lovely touches. Lovely house, setting . Parking good. Generally really pleased with our stay. Thank you 😊

United KingdomFelt neglected and should have been cleaner, especially the kitchen and bathroom. There was an obvious leak on the bathroom floor which should have been dealt with before we arrived. Rusty washing machine in kitchen and rusty fitments in the bathroom. Freezer so iced up the door would barely shut. Mould in places....parts of sealant in bathroom, ceiling above bath area, hall light shade and lounge lamp shade. Large items placed in the wardrobe preventing use of much of the space. Many cobwebs.
Quiet, private location. Nice village with a good pub. Ample parking space. Nice flat grassy area to sit outside. Bright kitchen area. Spacious lounge. Plenty of room for 2. Could be a great holiday let with more attention to cleanliness and maintenance of property.
