Nothing (I was glad we took our own kitchen roll and clippy boxes)

It really helped my disabled 90 year old mother enjoy the trip. The kitchen is very well equipped so you can do more than just heat up a microwave meal. Proper full-size fridge freezer! The wet room gives the best shower ever!

It would have been nice to have a gate on the patio area especially with dogs and a toddler

All the facilities were spot on, the beds are comfy and the bathroom was nice and the kitchen was fitted out great with everything you need. The whole place is much more spacious than it looked from the photo's

No welcome basket, cobwebs along bedroom ceiling, shower could do with a screen as water goes everywhere! Toilet roll holder covered in rust. Needs binning!

Not much not to like would only say a dishwasher would be nice and also had to bring our own travel cot and high chair which was a surprise they weren't provided.

Location and bed comfort. Was me and my husband and daughter with her baby. Was a bungalow so ideal. Good kitchen facilities. Parking was also very good. Great for walks and local pub a couple of doors away that does good homecooked food

The shower was cold even on the hottest setting. I suspect this was to prevent people scalding themselves. I had to improve the temperature by running a cold tap whilst in the shower

Beautiful tranquil location. The sound of the birds and river over the road. Well appointed- everything you could think of had been provided.

    nothing here to dislike.

The cottage was very well located, close enough, and just far enough away, ( if you know what I mean) a very warm and cosy cottage, spacious, and spotlessly clean. got a nice welcome from Helen, it’s 5 stars from me.

Great little property in a picturesque village setting just outside Conwy. Close enough to Snowdonia national park and conveniently close to the local pub! No complaints. It was everything we needed, thanks to Glenn & Helen for being great hosts :)

There is nothing to dislike about the cottage.

The house exceeded our expectations, the pictures did not do it justice. The house was larger than expected and very comfortable. It is in a very good location for all of North Wales and close enough to Conwy to be very convenient. It is also far enough away to be very quiet. We ate at some restaurants within 5 min drive that were excellent. There is also a pub less than 100yards from the cottage, but we never went.

Very comfortable bungalow, nice stay, beautiful area

The kitchen has a hole on the floor, needs to be patched up. The mattress in the double bedroom was a bit funny, I found myself rolling off from it twice, I think the springs are getting a bit tired at the edge, so it might need to be changed. The mirrors in the bathrooms and on the wall in the bedroom were too low, I only could see my bellybuttons in them. I presume they were placed in the height of wheelchair users. My suggestion would be to replace them with taller mirrors so they suit everyone. The mirror in the toilet has some blind spots so anyway due for replacement. The bathroom would benefit from a shower door or curtain because after showering the whole bathroom was wet up to the door. We used the oven to warm up some baguettes and the fire alarm gone off despite there was no smoke. We couldn't turn it off manually, it was howling for about 6 minutes. Probably we woke up the whole neighbourhood. The TV in the sitting room doesn't have any smart features, so we couldn't mirror our smartphones on it. The style of the bedrooms and sitting room was a bit tired but the owners tried to make it nice and friendly. In my opinion the property would need a new carpet or hard floor with a rug, new curtains or blinds, new bathroom fittings, and some stylish pictures.

This bungalow is in a little charming village, access is a bit difficult, but it worth the drive. We were only 16 minutes drive away from Conwey castle and 36 minutes drive away from WorldZip. We had a straightforward access to the property's lock box with a code sent to us. We liked this accommodation because had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was stylish and very well equipped. Huge built in combi fridge/freezer, oven, micro, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oils, vinegar, salt and pepper. Crockery, dishes, basically everything. Enjoyed the recliner sofas in the sitting room. They are very comfortable. My favourite item was the double bed and the hand knitted throw over it. Liked the huge bathroom and also loved the large bathroom cupboard in the toilet, swallowed all my toiletries. Definitely would recommend this property.
