    Everything was perfect.

Anglesey is perfect if you like cycling and walking with stunning views of the Snowdonia National Park from the cottages. Jayne and Denise are both warm and welcoming and can't do enough to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. Locally you can hire electric bikes delivered to the door., with lots of amazing cycle routes mapped out across Anglesey. We had a wonderful time, and the sun shone too.

    Our stay wasn’t long enough!

The cottage is in a superb location in a beautiful garden hidden from the main road in the Welsh countryside with amazing views. The cottage interior is just as stunning, the rooms are as pictured on Booking.com site. It is well furnished with lovely homely touches beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. The kitchen and utility room are very well equipped with everything we needed for our family holiday. We were arriving late in the evening and Dennis and Jane were very understanding and accommodated our late arrival. There was a lovely welcome breakfast with fresh bread, milk, butter and jam with some Welsh cakes. Dennis and Jane were friendly and very helpful with guidance of the local area and places of interest. The beautiful garden to the rear of the cottage was full of wildlife, it was lovely waking up to see rabbits and an array of birds visiting the garden.

    Nothing

This is the perfect holiday cottage and fully deserves the ‘exceptional’ rating. It was beautifully furnished and maintained - coming back to the property after a day on the beach felt like a treat in itself. We brought our dog away and she had the best time playing in the meadow area set behind the property, or just sat outside watching the (many!) rabbits on the lawn. Thank you to the owners for being so welcoming, we were even gifted some plants at the end of our stay :)

    Nothing.

We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by the hosts, Jane, Dennis and Sian with the lovely Oscar. The cottage was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, modern but with a nod to the history of the building. Proper home from home. It had everything you needed for self catering, pots, pans and cooking utensils. The little touches that were so very thoughtful such as a loaf of freshly baked bread, tea, coffee and sugar, with also fresh milk, butter and wonderful strawberry jam in the fridge not to mention a bottle of prosseco for my birthday. . The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were so comfy. The bathroom was really clean with a good sized shower, again tasteful decor. Wi-Fi connection was great, not that I looked at my phone that much because the views both outside the front and back of the cottage were exceptional, views of the Snowdon mountain range were just heavenly to gaze at all day long. The rear view was just as beautiful with the sun setting and the little bunny rabbits running around the gorgeous manicured lawns. There was plenty of other wildlife too, birds, bats and a baby fox. I booked this cottage not just because of loving the Island of Anglesey, but it looked the perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday, peaceful and tranquil and it did not disappoint. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much for having us!

Not much negative, but slightly small size fridge for us as there were not many eating out places nearby so we had bigger lunches and small dinner a few evenings.

The cottage was spotless and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Very comfortable bed. Easy access to the main roads yet felt you were out of nowhere. The hosts were very friendly, and we had a lovely chat too.

There was nothing that we disliked about our stay

Everything was perfect, the rooms were immaculate, very warm and cosy. Huge garden and patio set with amazing views of snowdonia in the background. Sian was very welcoming and gave us some fantastic recommendations as it was our first time in the area. All in all, a perfect cottage in a perfect location for a nice quiet relaxing break. Absolutely stunning

Nothing, it has all you need.

We were in Siwan Cottage which has everything you need for a quiet, relaxing few days away. The property is quite close to Newborough Forest/beach so perfect for walking our doggie. We also visited Beaumaris and Menai Bridge which are less than 20 minutes away in a car.

    Nothing! Everything was great!

The property was immaculate. Gorgeous surroundings and so quiet! Lovely views of the welsh mountains. The hosts were so kind, and always on hand to help you in anyway they could, as well as being very communitive. Lovely little touches to make our stay even more amazing, by leaving fresh Welsh bread and Welsh cakes along with jam & butter so next days breakfast was covered! Lots of parking, so nothing to worry on that front. The host welcomed us when we arrived at the property, but the keys were also in the key box just in case you missed them! If you are looking for a quiet rural retreat then this is the place for you! Very comfortable beds and a good shower! (Those are the two things i always worry when going away!) There is even a little garden where you can have your morning coffee or dinner in the sunshine. Lovely little bunny rabbits hopping all over the place that brightens your day. Couldnt rate this property more! Thank you for making my 30th one to remember (and for the yummy prosecco!)

Our stay at Gwyllt Cottages was exceptional from the moment we stepped into the homely, cosy place that it is. We first saw the dog hamper that included a blanket, treats and poo bags. This is a lovely touch and our dogs were very pleased about that obviously! We also had treats ourselves - Welsh cakes and fresh bread. It was modern but still homely and warm. The Internet and television worked which in some places doesn't always happen at first! The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Our favourite part was the easy access to the garden. It was easy just to let our dogs out for a toilet with the sliding patio door. There were lots of wild rabbits in the garden and, as an Animal Care student, I was obviously obsessed with this and loved seeing them thrive but luckily the dogs didn't spot them! Lovely views and the beach/forest is only a short drive away. 2 nights here just wasn't long enough...will be returning soon. Thank you so much for your hospitality and services.
