Great communication from host, overall great stay good sleep too even with the main road and window open, there just needs to be a rubber cap for one of the keys caused a bit of issue getting in the property, bus stop from city centre right outdside the property.

Sharing a bathroom is not ideal but acceptable at the price.

The location is convenient for the university area while offering very good value. The communal kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and delph. I used Voi scooters to travel around Liverpool.

It was a shame we couldn’t open the Juliette balcony doors, also couldn’t check in early unless prior arranged, which I couldn’t understand if the room was ready and we were willing to pay the additional amount, all we needed was the lock box number for the key, which was already there, I just didn’t see what the issue was,

The cleanliness of the house, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had all amenities, very new and clean, lovely house.

I had a good stay in the guesthouse. It was as described, simple yet comfortable. Although located slightly outside the city centre, there is a bus stop right outside with buses running every 20 mins into the city (travel time 12 mins).

The location was a little far from the center on foot But that doesn't mean it's bad You can go by bus to the apartment door Thank you and the staff

The facilities are clean, warm and very comfortable. There is a bus stop at the door of the apartment. There is a supermarket nearby. Everything is beautiful inside. I used the kitchen and it was very excellent. I hope to return to it again.

No adjustments for heating the room was a bit on the cold side and one of the windows didn't close properly allowing road noise and a draft.

The location was on the bus route straight out from the city centre. The property itself is a converted townhouse. The bathroom/toilet is shared and there is a shared kitchen on the ground floor. The room is clean and the bed was very comfortable. There isn't a TV in the room, which I didn't mind but I mention it in case anyone needs to have a TV during their stay. There was good wi-fi connection at all times

Room 0 is a bit strangely located and the bathroom toilet situation was awkward ...have to go through the kitchen to get to the toilet our bedroom door led into the kitchen .have to bring all your clothes in to shower and get changed in the bathroom as you carnt walk through kitchen with a towel around you ...luckily the house wasn't to busy but if it was I don't think I'd like to come out of my room into the kitchen . bedroom could do with a lamp and the plug sockets where on the other side of the room.not near the bed so had to change phone across the room .....it's not a disliking as I would defo stay here again ...it's just more pointing out the little quirks....I would rather have a room upstairs if I stayed again and not room 0 in the kitchen

Location and price was very good ..great facilities in the kitchen ...booking in was easy it was very clean ..parking was ok I could park outside but it depends how other people park .The first night I had to park in the residential area which was fine there's lots of parking The second night I was able to park right under our bedroom window where the bins are kept

The house has creaking floors and the doors in most rooms are poorly fitted. They're hard to open and close. All of this causes a lot of noise which can easily wake up most people.

It was mostly what I expected for the price. I got an acceptable bed for an overnight stay.
