Absolutely spot on apartment, lots of space, spotlessly clean and very comfortable , facilities everything you would need . Location ideal for stays to Llandudno, easy walking distance to the promenade shops , bars and restaurants. Just a lovely apartment, would definitely return.

Shower pressure but the bath makes up for that.

Beautifully decorated apartment with a nice size kitchen and rooms. Very bright and calming in a very close to the beachfront and local shops. Mountain views on your doorstep couldn't ask for more.

A lovely one bedroomed apartment local to all the facilities of Llandudno. Well equipped apartment, comfortable bedroom with quality bed linen and the first place we’ve stayed where bath sheet towels are available to use :)

Would be better if it had its own parking but we easily found a space on the roads nearby!

Main issue was not being able to watch terrestrial t.v. No ice making facilities in the fridge, a small ice making machine would be good. More cutlery. Kitchen tap very loose, which housekeeping must have known about when cleaning prior to our arrival. Some additional kitchen utensils required i. e whisk & decent scissors.

Superb location close to all amenities, lovely to be able to walk a few minutes to the beach with the dogs.

The property is gorgeous, very tastefully decorated and furnished - nice little touches welcome tray with Prosecco and a beer! Beautiful bedding in the bedroom and nice soft furnishings.

The property is beautifully designed and decorated very comfortable, every thing you needed was provided for and excellent location, lovlie and relaxing stay at grove house!

Free parking referred to is actually only for 90 mins. Other parking several streets away and too busy to bank on getting a spot. We paid for a long stay car park some distance away. We needed to use a smartphone to receive terrestrial TV channels.

Excellent apartment home from home, clean and modern with everything you need. Excellent location central for everything,promenade just around the corner. We parked no problem in the side street around the corner. Excellent communication from Ben, although we didn't need to contact him during our stay. We will definitely be back again . Thanks 😊

Everything! Perfect location in Llandudno, gorgeous interior, comfy bed and sofa, lovely area to eat by the bay window and watch the world go by, kitchen and bathroom I would have in my own house! The host is easy to reach and very details communications before arrival to put you at ease.. would stay here again if we come back to Llandudno absolutely!

BAD POINTS BELOW ARE ONLY OBSERVATIONS WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR WEEK HERE AND WILL BE RETURNING. The bars and clubs across the road are noisy only at weekends Front door slamming constantly with guests arriving and leaving. No freezer compartment in the fridge 😕 No live tv programs and Poor WiFi signal if the lounge and bedroom doors are shut the TV goes off.

Great central location, beautiful decor, and special touches, i.e., Christmas tree and welcome pack. Lovely and warm apartment EXTREMELY CLEAN AND WELL LOOKED AFTER.

The apartment was a real credit to the owners. It is beautiful throughout and everything you need is there if you are self-catering. A drink and a few snacks waiting for us on arrival was a nice touch The location is perfect as you walk out the front door and you can be either in the centre of town or at the pier in less than 5 minutes. Check in was easy and Ben was just a message away and answered quickly and helpfully. We have stayed in several apartments in Llandudno and this was as high a standard as we've seen. We would happily stay here again Jim and Michelle

Great apartment. Furnished to a high standard and well maintained. The apartment is perfectly situated for all amenities, its close to some lovely restaurants and very central for exploring LLandudno and the surrounding areas. Our host Ben was always on hand to help if needed. 5 stars from us!

There was no freezer compartment in the fridge. So, no ice for our drinks.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay . The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of storage space. The property is well situated in the heart of the town, it is near to restaurants and a stones throw from the beach and the famous pier.

Couple of very minor things, some small water glasses would be nice &although kitchen generally well equipped for 2 people, would be nice to have tea towels provided.

Very smart apartment and spotless. Excellent communication from the host. Host had thought of lots of special touches, welcome tray, toiletries, etc. Very comfortable bed. Good amount of storage space for an apartment of this size. Would definitely stay again.
