A very warm welcome after a day’s cycling into a headwind… very comfortable and clean room, beautiful view, delicious breakfast. Carolanne was very helpful and we were very well looked after. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend:).

Hosts were the BEST. Relaxed, helpful, fun. The location must be the best in Leverburgh. A little away from the Center with stunning views in all directions. Quiet calm and peaceful, like the whole area of western Isles.

Just a suggestion, perhaps a hook or two +/- coathangers, although we were able to use the dressing-gown ones in bathroom so it wasn't really an issue.

Beautiful rooms, v comfy beds, amazing view over loch and mountains from lounge picture window, superb breakfast, welcoming hosts, 2 minute cycle from ferry. Massive shared TV in lounge, none in bedroom (we were happy with that). Really a special place.

Given the property top marks even in lieu of staying – unfortunately my colleague and I's travel plans were disrupted by a fatal RTA on the islands, and we couldn't get to Leverburgh as planned for our overnight. The property host was very communicative and was in touch to discuss options even before we were aware of the news. She even offered us to move our stay, for free as the rate was already non-refundable, to the next night, if that suited us. If we hadn't been so lucky catching up on work, this was an offer we'd have gladly excepted. Such a communicative and accommodating property and host is always something I admire, so many thanks, and will be glad to stay if in the south of Harris again.

First thing, their hosts are VERY VERY nice! I arrived to the Island way earlier and they let me in the house regardless. Always asking if i need anything, to let them know! The place is spotless and have a beautiful and very spacious TV room ( Very nice TV), with great views! The bed was comfy. EVERYTHING very good! I will DEFINITELY come back!

The location cannot be beat and the owners are truly delightful and friendly. They seemed happy to have a long chat but also would have been fine leaving us on our own. We felt completely comfortable there.

Roddy and Carolanne were incredible hosts! They were both so professional and had one of the nicest homes I've stayed in. Roddy even offered to cook for us if we couldn't find dinner on a late night. We managed to find something else but his lack of hesitation to help us out in a pinch was so kind. I wish them all the best and wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful location, 20 miles from Target going past some of the best beaches (and golf club) Nice touch from owners with small Harris gin and tonic and whisky waiting for us in our room for arrival. Large, warm and comfortable lounge area for guests. Full Scottish breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, and cereal available for breakfast. Very friendly owners, Roddy and Carolanne, newly set up and have done so very well indeed. Looking into offering meals also next year. We are very much looking into a return visit next year.
