We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Duplex suite for the 4 of us, perfect. Great breakfast, lovely staff. Parking very limited but we got round it. Lovely planted area to sit . We didn't have dinner as we were going to the theatre but a peep at the menu meant we will return .

Had the same room as a previous stay the room was quiet comfortable and exceptionally clean. It was nice and unexpected these days to have the room serviced each day fresh tea water soap etc Staff went out of their way to provide an early continental breakfast which in itself was more than enough to keep me going till lunch. Had an evening meal which was very good value with excellent friendly service.

Graeme and Nikki were so friendly and all the staff we met were too. Graeme gave us a lot of information of places to visit.The breakfasts were delicious and the bed was comfortable. We had a meal in the restaurant on the last night,the food is such high quality.

Really lovely welcoming staff. A real family affair! They very kindly left us a continental breakfast on a day when our early start prevented us from having breakfast in the dining room. Lovely little village and this property is well located within it. Loved the charming enclosed outside space with little wooden pods that allowed the dining experience to feel intimate.

United KingdomWilton is bustling village and the Inn is located on its central square. Parking provided by the Inn is minimal and restricted to its frontage - enough for three cars max! We were lucky. Plenty of public parking on the square though.
