This was my second stay and we only have one problem each time- there are 4 rooms in total and two bathrooms (3 of the rooms upstairs sharing one bathroom most of the time) so it’s always busy and in the morning it’s hard to get into the bathroom

Very clean and kitchen well equipped, the bathrooms are always clean as from my understanding, there’s a cleaner coming in everyday. You can find necessities like shampoo or shower gel in both bathrooms + you’re given towels at the beginning of your stay Good value for the money and it’s really close to tube

Being in other hotels for the same price I reckon this is a decent one I liked that there were new furniture a cute kitchen and even a small garden Close to tube station and close to central London Easy to do self check in

I knew that my room had no window but i didn't expect that it's going to be that hot and lacking of air. But the conditioner in the room really helped with that (but was quite noisy). It's not really a complaint but more of a warning. I fall asleep easily when tired but if you have problems with that it might be an issue.

A tiny room without a window right next to the shower. Walking distance to the tube and good value for money. Check-in system with codes is really nice as no communication is required.

None of the other guests were noisy, but you could hear people wandering around. That said I went to bed early and no doubt disturbed people when I got up and left early.

Whilst small and having no windows, the room was exactly as advertised. At the price I was impressed to have clean towels provided, together with shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The bed was comfy & the sheets decent. Lets be honest, most rooms are the same when your eyes are shut

The pillows very extremely thin , non-existing actually. Not a single plug adaptor was provided in the room. As we are from Europe, we had to buy one in souvenir shop so that we could charge our mobiles. Maybe, they provide plug adaptors if you request them prior arrival. The first evening we had issues with hot water. It ran only for 3 minutes and then only cold water continued. That was very unpleasant as I got cold from the freezing shower . We contacted the staff and the next day the problem was solved.

The apartment is located very close to metro station with direct access to all the main sightseeing places. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a big super market just around the corner from the apartment and also there are some restaurants nearby. We stayed in the room 3 with a large window. The room was quite clean ,so were also common areas , bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is very well-equipped ,the microwave is also available. In the bathroom soap and shampoo are provided. Wi fi ok . Self check in very easy. Also we could leave our luggage for some hours after check out in the special wardrobe provided- it was very helpful .

The only minus would be the white noise of water flowing, but you can get used to it!

Even though it's a bit small, it's quite comfy and just enough for travelers passing by just like me. The owner was very nice to lend an adapter for the plugs and the bath/shower facilities were enough to feel well! Very convenient as there is a kitchen a nd next to metro station !

The heat. The room was tiny and stiflingly hot for much of the night. Admittedly it was the last available when I booked.

The area at the beginning felt not so secure, but to believe in yourself and nothing happens. Be brave.

The location is close to subway. At the same time I used bicycle and parking was in front of subway. Next to subway is also very good food shop. At the property you can prepare your own meal. Each room have code key. The fridge is huge. not far away is olympic park (easy reachable with bicycle). Bicycle cost 20GBP/ month and you can ride every 1h as much as you like just park at next parking and go on. "Santander Cycles" just registes and enjoy the ride. There is plenty of bicycle roads.

Upper floor had 3 rooms full of guests and only one small shower and loo so in the morning it was hard to get into the bathroom

The property was extremely clean and well kept (compared to other places I stayed at in London), modern furniture and in a great location! Definitely looking forward to staying in this property again in the future

Room was spacious and fairly big. Everything was clean including the shared facilities. Also came our own fridge in our room which was good. Had a washing machine and dryer which I didn’t need to use but was good to have.

The rooms were quite warm and didn't have air conditioning. This was easily fixed once I opened my window but I'm not sure if that would've been the case had a stayed during the warmer months. The water in the downstairs shower would only stay warm for a couple of minutes then turn cold again - this made it quite hard to take a quick shower as I had to keep adjusting the water and waiting for it to warm up a bit before continuing. Would be great if there was a desk lamp or a smaller light in the room to use at night rather than the main light.

The location is fantastic! Super close to Stepney Green Station with Sainburys, Co-op, Asda and some restaurants/takeaways nearby. Also very close to where I was working. Bathrooms were always super clean and the room and bed was so comfy! I didn't use the kitchen or dining room that much but they were always clean and tidy and the fridge has a lot of space.

Slightly outside the centre of London, but not even a 2 min walk from the underground station. Small but welcoming and clean place with all the utensils in the kitchen.

could of done with more pillows as ours were very flat in room 1 .. that’s the only fault we had with the property , so nothing major… the other people in the house on the Friday night were very inconsiderate… loud , shouting banging doors ..

The room got very hot and we couldn't open the windows. The room seems smaller than advertised. The fridge made a busy nose and it was difficult to sleep.

The location is excellent. It's right near the tube station that you can get anywhere to. That was really really good. The shared spaces were small but clean. There was a cupboard to store out baggage for the day after we checked out.
