Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We flew from Bristol and arrived to the hotel close to 9pm. The restaurant was closed but the gentleman in reception gave us options to order food in. As we were not that hungry, he brought us a few packets of biscuits to our room so we had a nice tea and biscuits. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly which was lovely.

Good choices for breakfast; cereals, fruit, pastries and hot food from the breakfast menu. Staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for the city centre. Just a 10 minute bus ride away from the bus stop outside. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times now and it will always be our first choice when visiting Newcastle.

GreeceBe aware that 9 o clock the kitchen in the pub downstairs closes, and there no options for food nearby on foot . You need to take the bus and head to the center to find some food after 9 o clock.
Very nice hotel, the room was wonderful , beds were comfortable , in a quite location. The staff was very kind and we had everything we needed. There is a bar downstairs where you can relax and have a beer , however in the room above there was no noise at all. The bus to the center is right outside, and it is some stops away . Overall a great stay! Definately i recommend.
