The mattress in the second bedroom needs to be replaced or a mattress topper put on top as I could feel the springs and it was really uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and the front door was constantly being slammed, so it was pretty noisy.

Really well equipped, had absolutely everything you could need for a short trip. Jared was a brilliant host and communication was excellent.

Excellent location, well equipped and excellent customer service by the property owner. It was clean, perfect size for 4 girls to use to get ready for a night out and then come back to somewhere comfy to sleep. Beds and pillows were great, which you don’t always get in other places at this price point! Jared couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating, really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and had a lovely stay.

We really liked the apartment it was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location is also good only a 5 minute taxi to city centre. The host was also very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

Carpets on the floor are a big no-no. The beds are worn out. Shower cabinet has signs of mold.

The agency is very nice, Jared kept us updated about whatever we needed and was very helpful. Very nice house right on a not very busy street. Ideal for uber pickups Kitchen is well equipped

It would have been great if the heating had been on for a while before we arrived as it was quite cold in the apartment and it took a while to heat up with the oil heaters. However, there were blankets we could use and our host was quick to direct us to additional heaters.

The location was perfect for my needs as my daughter was moving in just around the corner. Was great to have off road parking.

The apartment was very homely, clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. The host Jared was helpful and thoughtful. Our stay was when my daughter was having a major operation at the RVI and Jared was extremely helpful and even left me a lovely rose plant when we arrived on Mother's Day! I would definitely recommend Jared's apartment.

Instructions are not very clear on how to enter the building, but that may have been user error. The owner was phoned and a little problem sorted very quickly.

Gorgeous apartment. Very clean and equipped with Everything you would need for the week. Even a lovely spice rack. There was an issue with a blown fuse one of the nights, However, the host was extremely responsive and offered to fix the issue immediately as well as bring over an air fryer.

The noice from cars might be a bit annoying when in living room, but nothing that would be somehow disturbing.

Very clean, comfortable and perfect for a short stay in the city, it had everything we needed. The location is convenient, not far away from center and few minutes from Tesco. The communication was without any problems, definetely recommended.

Great apartment in a very convenient Jesmond location. Very clean and cozy with plenty of space, a perfect little kitchen and a super comfortable sofa/living room. Also excellent customer service and quick responses to my questions.

Excellent location and good parking facilities. The apartment was modern, clean and well furnished. The shower was brilliant. Little touches like real plants, biscuits, bottled water and Quality Street just made that extra difference.
