We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Close to Heathrow and right by a bus stop to get to Terminal 3 for early flight in the morning. Room was comfortable and functional - exactly what you need for a crash-pad before an early flight.

NigeriaResponse from the property owner , Not helpful at all , many of the guest went trough a lot before they could locate the place including me . also the form Should have come earlier because many of us are travelers , no access to internet to fill the form t the properties . it should hve come the moment the booking was made and booking.com suppose to lay emphasis to read the terms guiding staying in the property before making the booking . one of us was denied entrance because he is 21years which non of us is aware . nd money was not mor refunded . he almost got stranded . this is not pleasant .

United KingdomThe email with instructions for entry passcodes was not sent to my server until an hour before my arrival at the house. I had no access to email after commencing my journey to London. Call me an extinct species, if you wish, but I don't have a smartphone. I had to ring (with my primitive mobile phone device) someone at Great Airport Sleep to give me assistance. I was given the passcodes over the phone without being asked for confirmation of my email address, which undermines the security of the system, surely. Without being informed in advance of a security entry system like this and the absence of reception, it was an uncomfortable "check-in" to say the least, standing outside a property with only a house number to indicate to me that the taxi had dropped me off in the right place.
Close proximity to T5. I had a goodnight's sleep - the main thing after all for early flight travellers.

Iranpoor coordination, especial about password of entrance door and room door. for example, 2 times another guests tried to enter our room by entering mistake passwords! one time of them was at midnight and we were in sleep!

United KingdomTV didn't work. Not a big thing but would have been a nice to have had a working TV. Curtains could have been better. The blinds that were there were broken and let in light from the street and didn't provide the privacy that they should have.
The room was basic but clean and perfect for our needs. It's location very near Heathrow airport was great for our flight the following morning. Due to it's location near the airport there was some noise in the evening but this stops after approx 11pm.
